A Primitive spot to pitch your tent, Hang your Hammock, Park your RV, or any other interesting contraption you may be traveling the country with. Access to-Bathhouse that includes Hot Showers and Flushable Toilets. (Please bring extra toiletries just in case)-Stocked Catch and Release Fishing Lake. -Volley Ball and Basketball Court-Wooded Trail 48 acres of flat open fields surrounded by trees. Plenty of room to maneuver into place. Privacy trees surround the entire area. We call it the Crossroads because this was one of the first towns out here and has the small town feel. Doller General and a fuel station are less than a mile away. The Atlantic Ocean is a 20 minute drive east on rt 50. Assategue Island National Seashore is scenic 28 minute drive. The best spots are for you to decide. Along the tree line are kinda set up where some have tables and most have fire pits with a grate on them (if you have an old oven or grill you are throwing away I would love to get some more grates). Go deeper into the woods with not as much comfort but more nature. One group came out with a couple dozen people with nothing but hammocks that was pretty cool. Each listing is for up to 6 people please be honest reserving your space and if you need more than 6 rent another site. The spaces are not assigned so it will not be an issue camping together. We loved camping at Strawberry Crossroads. It’s a beautiful spot that’s very quiet and relaxing. We especially enjoyed riding our bikes on the trails and having the farm animals visit our site.

Cabin 4 - Mini Cabin
We had a great time at Strawberry Crossroads. We stood in the cabins. We had a good experience there. No issues, pretty clean. The restrooms and showers were clean as well. We were able to grill and chill with no issues. TJ was a great host. Always on point and easy to reach. I will recommend this place to anyone that loves the outdoors.

The campsite was awesome and included a fire pit and a concrete table. When we realized we were going to arrive later in the evening than expected, TJ was gracious and accommodating. The goats and chickens were fun to wake up to and the bathroom and shower facilities were clean and well cared for. We’ll definitely be back!

We just spent a wonderful weekend at this private campground about 30 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and it was exactly what we needed — a peaceful nature retreat with all the right comforts! The property perfectly balances rustic charm with modern conveniences. We loved having access to clean, well-maintained bathrooms and incredibly hot showers that felt like a luxury after a day outdoors. The owner was fantastic — super friendly, flexible, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. It made our stay so much more enjoyable knowing we could reach out easily. What truly made this place special was the adorable animal crew that runs the property! The goats are absolute stars — so friendly and curious that they came right up to us for pets. The chickens and the very cute duck were just as charming, wandering around and adding so much personality to the grounds. We couldn’t stop smiling every time we saw them! The location is ideal too — close enough to enjoy a day at the beach in Ocean City or Assateague Island, then come back to relax by a fire while nature sings you to sleep. Whether you’re tent camping, in an RV, or staying in one of the mini cabins, this spot has something for everyone. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking to unplug and recharge. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed cabin #2. There's nothing fancy, but that air conditioning worked great. It was super quiet especially at night. It's an older camp ground but we really liked it. We especially loved the fact that there was a fully functional blast from the past merry-go-round. This thing is painted like a strawberry to match the name of the farm. It spins as though it was installed just yesterday instead of maybe 40 years ago. It's a little dated, but we highly recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great time at Strawberry Crossroads! It’s very affordable and close to the beach, so it’s a great spot if you want to camp without spending a fortune. The lake was full of snapping turtles, fish, frogs, and plenty of other wildlife, which made it a lot of fun to explore. Best of all, there were almost no mosquitoes, which was a huge bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely one of the best camping experiences I’ve ever had! As a single mom, this place was perfect! It was safe and family friendly, clean bathroom/showers, that were clearly cleaned daily (I got up at 6 and they were fresh!), and the water?! Seriously I hate when you stay at a hotel or something and your hair feels like straw because of the water, Strawberry Crossroads not the case! My daughters and I were amazed after every shower how soft our curly hair felt!!! Huge bonus!! And the goats and chickens were awesome 😊 and then best of all TJ! Awesome host! Literally message a question and he walks up behind you with what you need!!!! Like whaaat?! Super helpful and attentive to campers needs, delivered our firewood, brought me an air pump for my tires, answered all my questions, what an awesome experience! So grateful to have found this gem! Thanks TJ!!!

This Hipcamp was a great stay! Firepits, hot showers, and clean toilets. Can’t get much better than that at a campsite. We stayed in the open field which still offered some privacy in our van by the treeline. It’s a quiet peaceful plot of land with great location and access to nearby beaches.

Overall the experience was good. The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, and A/C worked well. TJ was very responsive- immediately sending someone to deliver firewood for the campfire when we arrived. We appreciated the pet-friendly policy and brought our dog along. Bathrooms and potable water are a bit farther away than we expected. Men's bathroom was quite dirty throughout our stay, women's was slightly better. We were looking forward to fishing, but the site is really more of a frog and turtle pond than a legitimate fishing opportunity- I would recommend updating the listing to reflect this and avoid disappointment. On the whole, affordable spot with proximity to beaches, simple, rustic accommodations and responsive host. Just make sure you manage your expectations before booking.
