PRIVATE waterfront campsite - EXCLUSIVE use!! Eagle View Pines, in beautiful Hiram Maine, is a peaceful and private 2+ acre property surrounded by tall pine trees with 300 feet of Saco River frontage! Guests will enjoy a floating dock for swimming, fishing, and kayaking! Two kayaks and one canoe are on site for guest use. Guests can also enjoy a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, a solo stove for campfires, and a hammock for relaxing and watching the eagles flying above as well as the stunning sunsets! We have a small trailer on site filled with little amenities from bug spray to binoculars! A 30/50 amp electric hookup is available for your RV or camper (and standard outlets for use if you are tenting!) and our gravel driveway can fit a 30 foot camper. A Porta-potty is available for campers with tents. Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them, and leave no trace. Dogs are more than welcome here (please pick up after your pet!), but please note this property sits approximately 20 feet above the riverbank, with natural stairs leading down to the water. This site is not appropriate for very young, unsupervised children. The Saco river can be unforgiving, and this is an ever-changing site. At any given time, depending on the weather, the water can be high, or low, and this can change the landscape to some extent. We are always making improvements and cleaning the land (cutting dead or fallen trees etc.) so we appreciate your understanding of these rustic qualities! Hiram is located about 30 minutes from North Conway NH with amazing restaurants and outlet shopping, and about an hour from the coast and Portland Maine. The sweet little town of Cornish is just a 15 minute drive, and Naples and the Sebago Lake area are just a short drive as well! There are several hiking trails nearby. The Mount Cutler Park and Conservation Area is just a 10 minute drive, featuring trails that provide stunning views of Hiram and the surrounding mountains. Can’t say enough good/ great things about the camp site. Completely dialed and private. We spent 2 nights there, plugged in. Paddled everyday, fished - site is directly on the water. Quiet, beautiful view (special point with chairs down a wandering path with 180 degree view of the Saco and a constant breeze. And…. No bugs, magic! Owners were super responsive and helpful. 10/10 no question. .

Peaceful Spot on the Saco River

Christine and Tyler’s Hipcamp is just as described! It’s a fairly quiet spot right on the Saco River. They provide kayaks and tubes for floating. Their trailer is full of lots of useful and thoughtful items including a broom to sweep out your tent! It’s lovely to sit in the Adirondack chairs and drink coffee. So peaceful. There are plenty of local trails to choose from for day hikes too! The only thing I’d point out is that you can hear traffic from a local road across the river. It’s pretty constant. It didn’t bother us but I think it’s useful information if someone is looking for a more silent getaway.

Had a wonderful time at Christine and Tylers camp. The river was a nice way to cool off from the heat, and the kayaks they left for us were greatly appreciated! Loved staying at their property and would love to be back again!

love this spot!! so many great amenities like the kayaks, shed full of camping gear (life jackets, the solo stove, bug spray, etc.) such a comfortable place to pitch a tent and jump in the water. our dog's first time in a tent/in the water!!! love it so much.

This was favorite tent site we have booked on hipcamp. It was private, right on the water, and the site was very well kept. Having access to the kayaks, canoe and even a power source was perfect. Our dog had a blast in the water. Im not a very good fisherman but I did catch a few fish. I Deffinetly recommend this site.

We had such an amazing time camping on Christine and Tyler's land. The sights were beautiful, it was private and peaceful. Christine was responsive and very helpful. They had a stove, hammock, kayaks, power cords, and other items for use. Would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Christine was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our reactive dog (and his parents) felt comfortable. The site is well marked and easy to locate, it’s about 300ft from a dirt road. Probably 5 or 6 cars passed in a day but we were impressed with how quiet it was. We set up our tent and brought our trailer, and there was still plenty of space even with both on the lot. Overall, the site is pristine and well thought-out, and we loved having the kayaks, hammock, and solo stove w/ accompanying fire tools. The bugs are fierce this time of year so be prepared, but it’s well worth visiting. The views are spectacular and the site offers so many places to relax and enjoy it all. Thank you Christine and Tyler!
