Site 3 - "Koko Head" Camper Van Site
I had such a great time at Sun Farm, Hawaii, Koko head! I stayed at site three for four nights in a camper van. Now that I look back, I really appreciate the pavement because everywhere else was wet and muddy. Site three is right next to the covered picnic area, the kitchen, and basically all the amenities. I use the kitchen to heat up some water on the stove, and there also a fridge to store food if needed. The bathroom was clean and smelled great. The sinks are on the outside of the bathroom, and the showers are located off the sidewalk near a lovely garden, and I really enjoyed the shower! After hiking all day, it was nice to take a hot shower. Overall, it was super nice setting with decent amenities, a really nice garden and glamping tents for rent also. It was very enjoyable, and it also is near all the action.

I loved staying here! It was so quiet and serene. Was very nice having a kitchen and sitting area as well. Bring earplugs, the chickens like to crow at any hour lol! Overall a great stay, i would recommend it to anyone and come back again. My only negative was the staff didn’t see very welcoming or friendly. When i arrived they didn’t acknowledge me, i assumed they were other guests but later found out they were the staff/volunteers (not sure). I had said good morning or hi multiple times and never got an answer from anyone. Online and the welcome video mentioned a produce stand, which i saw when i arrived but no one was ever there or offered any produce up for sale. I definitely would have bought some if someone just asked. I just expected a bit more. Overall great stay, just don’t waste your time trying to speak to staff/volunteers.

I wish we could have stayed more than one night! The yurt was comfortable, facilities were clean, and the surroundings were very cool. The farm is a short drive from lots of great restaurants and sights.

The yurt was great! Very good location. I really enjoyed the outdoor shower and it was very laid back. The roosters start early so be aware of that but otherwise would definitely recommend :)

This place is magical. The tent and bed were comfortable. We enjoyed cooking outside. The bathroom and shower were clean. The roosters were loud but not annoying - it became the white noise of Honolulu. Excellent location close to great hikes and beaches

My brother and I just spent 5 nights at Koko Head and can’t express enough as to how pleasant an experience it was. Great spot!The people working the farm were so helpful and pleasant. Having an open kitchen for preparing food was a huge plus. Hot shower was to die for. So pretty there and accessible location to so much. I’ll come back for sure. Thanks ! Laurie and Sandy

We loved this spot! Had everything we needed, was clean, and we felt safe. We would totally stay here again! Make sure you bring earplugs if you don’t want to be woken up before dawn by the crew of roosters. Thank you so much for everything!

Sun Farms exceeded my expectations when it came to visiting the area while car camping. The amenities on sight, the privacy of the bathrooms & showers, and the quietness of its location- couldn’t have been much better of a place to call “home base” for 5 nights. The evenings were peaceful and all the decorative lightening made it feel like a charming fairytale. The staff were all extremely friendly and did an excellent job of maintaining the public use areas clean & tidy. Will definitely be staying again! ☀️

I loved camping in Marcos's land. The views are beautiful and the directions were clear. The place is really safe and well cared and my daughter loved to see the animals. The site is well structured and we had everything we needed + the vibe is really good.

The farm needs to be fumigated . To many mosquitoes spiders & millipedes creeping around your campsite at night. Especially mosquitoes sucking away when you’re not looking. And the microwave needs to be replaced. The condition it was in made some camper's think twice before using.

Me and my daughter had an amazing time and our best decision was to camp in Marcos and Michelle's site. Sun farm is beautifully taken care and the people that stay there are super cool too. They have lovely projects around the farm and the structure is well cared and have everything you need. It is super safe as well and well located to visit the best spots in the island. We loved camping there! The camp is really well organized and kept clean by the volunteers. Marcos is really nice and accomodated us when we needed help! 10/10 would recommend!

I booked this stay for my friend, who stayed in the Oahu yurt and enjoyed her stay despite the rain. She said the outdoor shower was nice!

Large 'Big Island' Yurt Canvas Tent
Sun Farm is a gem, away from the crowds, cozy yurt, nice kitchen, hot shower, clean, exactly what we needed. We knew about the hens and it was quite an orchestra overnight but we had earplugs and it was fine. There were mosquitoes but none inside our yurt. It was a great middle point between sunrise and sunset. We would definitely come back. Thank you for sharing this piece of Paradise with us!

Great spot to spend the night in a camper van! Loved the outdoor showers and the place was very cozy and quiet during our stay. Would stay here again!

Site 2 - "Koko Head" Camper Van Site
The location was very convenient, the grounds were fun to see all the produce and native trees, however, the van sites sit on blacktop right next to the open kitchen, laundry, and gathering area that are lit up 24/7, so it was both bright and if anyone was up, a bit noisy. It was set up like parking stalls. It sure would be nice to have the lights turned off at night and just a bit of privacy or space between parking spots. The people there were very kind. It also had lots of options for self cooking and cleaning.

This campsite is amazing because it’s located in a prime location that’s easy to explore many of Oahu’s highlights. It’s also close to restaurants and grocery stores or anything else you could want or need. The site it’s self is quite and beautiful.

Large "Molokai" Yurt Canvas Tent
Loved enviro. The group kitchen, fridge and sitting area was nice Not bad with directions to find. After several nights in small campervan nice to be in a bed. However, the dusk to dawn rooster call. One couple even left very early. Was only factor to put damper on stay.

Beautiful and Social Farm Camp!
Site B - Own Tent Campsite
Great location, laid back and fun. Restrooms and warm showers were clean and well maintained. The shared kitchen was well stocked. It's easy to eat affordably with Costco and other grocery near by. Friendly dog, cats, goats, and chickens. Hanauma Bay is 3 minutes away!
