This is a breathtaking space that our family has poured many decades and multiple generations into. We are surrounded by jungle, with a freshwater stream running through the entire property and unobstructed mountain views. If you’re especially sensitive to mosquitos, bugs, geckos, free roaming chickens or other elements to be expected in nature, this might not be the place for you. Waimanalo is a small agricultural town filled with nurseries, horse stables, and a high concentration of Hawaiian homes. It remains mostly undeveloped and authentic, and we aim to keep it that way. Outsiders do not often get the opportunity to stay back here, but we welcome respectful travelers looking for an authentic experience who can appreciate this privilege. While nestled against the mountains, we're just a five minute drive from the beach. We are fifteen minutes from Kailua town, where you'll find several grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. This is a working farm. While we are very hospitable, we are not in the business of hospitality. I am happy to accommodate travelers, but I am not here at your beck and call. If that is the experience you are seeking, I think you would be happier elsewhere. We appreciate all of your bookings, and profits go directly back into farm infrastructure and new fruit trees. Loved RV CAMPING on Lex’s beautiful land. Spent 1 night and felt very safe. Bathroom facilities are very clean and shower great water pressure and temperature control nice.

A Perfect Glamping Vacation

Orchard Wall Tent
This spot was so perfect and magical. The tent is very comfortable and the land and views were incredible. We stayed here in the Orchard Wall tent our whole time on the island based on other reviews and would definitely do it again. There was everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The mini fridge was very convenient. The bathroom is very new and clean and comfortable, with hot showers. Super enjoyable showering with birds of paradise above. Waimānalo beach only 5 minutes away is the locals beach and really gorgeous. Kailua town is only 15 minutes drive away with every convenience you could ever ask for and a lot of good food and white sand beaches. We were really happy our money could go to support a family farm instead of a big hotel chain. This spot gives a view into Oahu that you won’t get from Waikiki or even staying in Kailua. We loved staying on this property! Incredible Mountains views Bathroom and shower was a neat set up very clean ! Property was very easy to find with the directions . I could stay here for a month at a time ! We stayed at 3 Hip Camps while touring the island and this one was definitely our favourite. Host was very quick to answer and very helpful 10/10

Banana Patch Tent
Had an amazing time at the banana tent! Great views and super comfy in the yurt! Highly recommend for those who like glamping and being outdoors.

Orchard Wall Tent
I loved staying on Lex's land! Lex gives you a super handy e-guidebook to find the area with a bunch of tips of places to check out. The views of the mountains are amazing!
