It is a Private Treehouse and a Glamping Experience. Please review listing carefully before booking as this is a Glamping Experience. We are staffed 24/7 if you have any questions. This adorable property is located along the bank of the Toccoa River. It is a small piece of land but very sufficient for glamping. The main cabin houses a private guest bathroom with a garden tub. There is an outdoor kitchenette facing to river so you can enjoy the gorgeous view while making dinner. 🚿 Private Bathroom - a SHORT grass walk from the treehouse 🚶‍♂️ (Treehouse and Bathroom are separate) 🏞 Private access to the river with the National Forest across the way. 🛒Located 40 min from these mountain cities: Blue Ridge, Blairsville, and Dahlonega 🛌A comfy queen bed with a k-cup machine nearby. Heated Mattress Pad offered in the winter Please note the following: ✅ A firepit with a grate is available at the property and can be used with wood or charcoal. ✅ The outdoor kitchen area allows for simple, camp-style meals. ✅ There is wifi in the treehouse. 🌲🌲🌲You should probably avoid treehouses if you…🌳🌳🌳 1️⃣. In addition to the outdoor kitchen, the firepit has a grate on it and there is also a charcoal grill, allowing you to use charcoal or wood to grill. Riverbright Treehouse

We scheduled our trip well in advance and unfortunately it ended up being only days after Hurricane Helene hit the southeast. The hosts were very accommodating and when a tree fell near the river right treehouse prior to our arrival, they offered us a larger place to stay which turned out to be amazing. Will definitely stay in the future!
