Brand new waterfront tiny house with amazing sunsets and views 😍 Message me for weekly and monthly significant discounts. Bring your boat and toys as there’s so much to do in nature. Fish off the deck or from the yard, zip over to the springs in 10 minutes or head over to the St Johns river for a meal. Lawn games anre under the 5th wheel to use. There is a camp store on site for snacks, bait, drinks, ice, fire wood etc. and there are board games up there that you’re welcome to check out. We are surrounded by conservation land and we have one of the highest populations of bald eagles. We also have friendly squirrels that love to tap on the door for nuts 🥜 in the morning. Turtles, small alligators and a very diverse bird population to name a few are always around. Our internet is Starlink and isn’t the best by any stretch of the imagination, cell service is pretty good though.Lovely and peaceful brand new tiny house in a very quiet campground. Just a whole lot of beautiful nature. It is our most private site as it is located next to our barn on one side with a fence and the other is a grassy area with another fence. There is everything you might need for a long weekend or even a month and we give a significant monthly discount. The house is equipped with a Queen sized bed, small closet storage as well as under bed storage drawers. Flushing toilet, rain shower head and big kitchen sink. Two burner induction stove as well as a convection oven/air fryer combo. Smaller apartment fridge and all the pots and kitchenware you might need. There is a small fold down table in the living room that can be used for meals or as a desk for working and there is a larger table on the deck for meals as well. Suitable for a couple as there is only one bed. The couch does not fold out but could also be used as a bed. A small 2 person tent could also possibly be set up outside.

    It was okay

    Fantastic view. Comfortable house. Was pure dirty outside, but we washed the table, and swept. Clean bedding, not covered in dog hair will be a plus. Also when you wake up and see nasty fan, covered in dirth, not a pleasant thing. If you rent this house in winter time - it has no heat. I accidetally took a towel with us. I will wash it and mail it back on Monday. Sorry.
