We had some hiccups checking in but the host was quick to get us help! We loved this spot. It was private & low key. We fished with the kids & played in the pool. There are restaurants & stores close by too! If you’re looking for a laid back escape, you’ll love this one! We will definitely be back again!

Overall not a bad location and price. The things I would improve on are as follows. Every other HipCamp we have stayed at the host always reaches out to us the day of or before, that didn’t happen in this case. Usually the locations are always well maintained, again not this go around. I don’t want to nit pick and I already talked to the host. I would suggest that the host does a better job of communicating, general ground upkeep. Also note that the site is accessed by at least two other groups due them docking their boats there, so people come and go at all hours of the night and day. The pool was a nice bonus but it wasn’t well maintained and on the second to last day it started turning green. But it appeared to have not been cleaned or vacuumed in awhile. The grass was over 12” tall where we had to park the camper as well,
