    Camped in a 30 ft pop-up camper at Site 2, May 2026.

    Recommends

This level, unshaded, suburban campsite had electricity and closeness to activities in and around Clermont FL. Friendly neighbors shared close quarters. No, count 'em, no roosters live in this area. The friendly, flexible host provided daily availability for responsiveness as needed.

    It was okay

It's a good overnight stop for a place to sleep. It's more of a storage yard than a campsite. Yes there's electricity and water, but there are also people drinking and smoking at night 10 feet from your camper. If you're okay with that it's an okay place to spend a night. My wife was not okay with it.
