Ample parking available next to the RV site. 50 amp hookup with sewer and water. Please no kids.This site is one of a kind. This is not in an RV park but on private property. On a hill which affords postcard worthy views of the Animas Valley. In-town Durango with easy access on a driveway connects you to everything you need. Convenience and privacy is a very rare combination. This is ideal for a couple or up to 4 people who want quiet and privacy. Because there are no activities on site, it is not ideal for kids. Please no kids.
