Ramble was a great experience and campground! Came with everything you could need including four chairs, a foldable table underneath a nice sun shade and outdoor rug. This area was so cozy for meals and playing games. They even had wagons left out at our parking space for bringing our tent, gear, luggage, and cooler/ food storage to our gravel area. The bathroom and showers were great, well kept, clean, and smelled amazing. They even included shampoo/conditioner/body soap in the shower. You could easily rent sandboards and mountain bikes for adventures around the area. They even include a little vending area where you can purchase ice, ice cream, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and alcohol. Seriously and amazing spot, would recommend to anyone. Well worth the money, especially after a sandy, exhausting day climbing the dunes.

This site is out of the way but has a gorgeous view. You can't beat the sunset. Bathrooms, showers, and delivery of cocktails and snacks are a bonus!

This was an amazing campsite with everything you could need. Everything was brand new and super nice. The views were beautiful and there was plenty of space between sites so it felt private.

This place was great! So thoughtfully designed -- even though there aren't any trees, the campsites are situated so that you can't really see one another when you're in your little space. Lots of little touches, like the lights along the pathway, a nice playground in the park, the cantina in the middle, make it a really pleasant stay. And the showers! Very very nice showers. The host, Adam, was really friendly and accommodating, and we had a really nice stay the very last day of the season. Will definitely return!

The campsite and camp grounds are very nice with great amenities. Provided grills, chairs, table, and coverings at each individual site make packing and arriving a breeze. The camp ground bathrooms, equipment rentals, and the ease of firewood ($) and water are similarly great. We had 2 great nights and hope to bring groups with us next time!

This is a unique and amazing place! We camped here two years ago and loved it again. The grounds are immaculate and so carefully thought out. Our host was very kind and available. I highly recommend this place for a unique experience. Watching the moon, the star, skies and dramatic Mountain View’s. The solitude is therapeutic.

We stayed in a tent. Each site is private and far from other guests. Very organized, has everything you need, cooking stove, grill, fire pit, table, chairs, you name it. All the amenities super clean, they even have breakfast!
The host was very friendly and stopped by to say hi and ensured us that if we needed anything that we forgot to bring he probably has it. I wish we stayed more than one night.

Great location a hop away from Great Sand Dunes. Our site was farther away from the showers, so we rented a fat tire bike to get around and it worked out great and was fun to cruise around the campground. Loved the design and special amenities and thoughtful touches - like popsicles when we checked in!

A great place to camp. A lot of thought went into the design and layout of this campsite.
The restrooms were clean and the showers had hot water. The only annoying thing were the little Nats/Flys that showed up when the wind calmed down.

This is such a wonderful place to camp! We were on a road trip to all of CO’s national parks so we only stayed one night, but we would have loved to have stayed longer. The sunset here was by far the best one we saw all week, and the campground was far better than all the rest! It was such a quiet and starry night here. The showers and bathroom facilities were clean and well stocked. We loved the options for purchase by the bathhouse. Firewood was conveniently located beside our site and it was quick and easy to pay via QR code. We loved how the camp sites were spread out, and we enjoyed using the provided chairs, table, and sun shade. We were impressed that each site had a grill and stove. The camp host was really helpful and kind when there was an issue with our booking through HipCamp.

It was perfect. The sites were so spaced out and the amenities at each site are amazing. The bathrooms are luxury and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The kids loved the playground and I loved that I could see them everywhere they went because of the terrain. So many small touches like utility wagons at each site, soaps provided, free toothbrushes, and sand boards to rent for the dunes. Adam was a great host and went out of his way to make sure things were perfect for us. We definitely hope to return!

Very nice campsites! They all have grills and fire pits along with a nice picnic table and chairs. The bathrooms were nice and there are clean portapottys close to the campsites that are further from the main bathroom.

Awesome location by the Great Sand Dunes with beautiful views and sunrises/sunsets! I had accidentally booked a walk in site and contacted host via Hipcamp ap and was able to quickly change sites. Camp host met me at the site to make sure I was all set and knew where everything was! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome camping spot. It felt rustic but had plenty of amenities to give a "glamping" vibe as well. The couple that was there when we stayed was Jeff and his wife, they were amazing. It was extremely windy when we got there and they helped us put up our tent and even gave us some extra tent suspensions to stabilize the tent in the wind. I would definitely camp here again!

Ramble is a really nice off grid campground close to great sand dunes national park. The hosts were super kind and made it a point to welcome us. We arrived late and really appreciated the lit walkways to the bathroom. The shared facilities (bathrooms, showers) were clean as well!

Ramble is an innovative way to camp, in 360 degrees of astonishing natural beauty combined with thoughtful and quirky features: from sturdy wagons to transport your stuff to your well-designed site along a path marked out with solar lights, to a fun light show in the outhouse that actually has running water. . The camp host was super personable and helpful. The extra features at camp like the multi-use path and quality bath supplies in the outdoor showers were delightful surprises. The awesome Great Sand Dunes National park is about a half hour drive from Ramble. I definitely would stay at Rambles again

This is stunningly beautiful campground with great amenities. The campsites are very spread out. We had a lot of privacy at site 16 as well as a great view of the mountains. We had a lot of fun renting fat bikes and taking the trail around the campground.

Absolutely such an amazing campsite. Every detail has been very thought out for you to have a worry free experience. First- I love the space between the campsites, far away enough to still feel private. Second- the location of everything. Firewood was dropped off and available for purchase right at the end of our campsite. Then the bathrooms were very clean and had everything you could think of available for purchase (and all at reasonable prices) to have access to this is amazinggg- bc if I forgot anything, they had my backkk.
Definitely will be coming back and recommend having a stay here!

If you book here through HipCamp, it doesn’t read over to their system. So when we got there, someone else that booked through Rambles actual website had double booked our same site. Luckily they had an open site for us. It was a really cool campground, I would just recommend booking directly through Rambles website.
