We had a great visit to Leadville staying on Jeff and Carrie’s property for Boom Days. They were incredibly kind and hospitable and have a quiet, safe site. We just started camping with our baby and it was nice having WiFi in the event of an emergency. If you are looking for complete isolation and privacy, this wouldn’t be the stay for you, but it is a place to enjoy some peace after days out hiking, fishing, or tooling around Leadville. We enjoyed walks around their neighborhood in the mornings and evenings which has some quiet ponds and fantastic views of Mt. Massive and Mt. Elbert.

It’s a nice little spot in a beautiful area. About a 20 minute drive south of Leadville. It’s helpful that WiFi is available and it wasn’t super expensive.

We enjoyed our time at Jeff and Sarah’s property. It was perfect for what we needed for the weekend as I was running the silver rush 50 and only needed a tent site and this place did not disappoint. The views were great and the site was the perfect size. Will be back again and will most definitely be booking with Jeff and Sarah!
