Such a great place to take kids! We had so much fun paddle boating, fishing, and feeding all of the sweet animals! Incredible river views, A/C, gas stove, running water and a toilet. There was a fire pit with wood there but we didn’t use it due to the wind & drought. Walter and his son were wonderful hosts to myself and my son. The only thing they could do better is upgrade sheets, blankets, and bath towels to truly make it the 4 Seasons of glamping!

It was an amazing experience. The host was friendly and informative. The animals are beautiful and love people. It was great feeding them. Definitely will return for the view off the water and the much needed break.

Great spot on the river and fun/unique setting on the farm. Fishing in the small lake is surprisingly good. Walter is super-sweet. It’s a good time, for sure!!

Pat’s airstream was the PERFECT way to wrap up a multi-week roadtrip! We were greeted by our host, as well as several friendly dogs, alpacas, peacocks, goats, and several other friendly animals that are on the property.
The airstream was perfectly situated on the Colorado River, well stocked, comfortable, and quiet.
I’d highly recommend Pat’s airstream for an ideal glamping experience with wonderful hosts and animals.

Pat’s instructions said to call Walter upon arrival, but he did not answer and that mailbox was full. It felt very awkward to proceed through the entire 10 acre property which includes no less than: one house, one barn, one lake, one pond, two gates, two tiny houses, and two Airstreams without a smiling human face to welcome the visitor.
After wandering around on the property for a few minutes, someone named Corey showed up and said there was a mix-up, all the bed sheets were in the dryer but he offered to have me stay in one of the other structures. I declined because the whole point of paying $90 to stay in an Airstream on the Colorado River was to stay in an Airstream on the Colorado River.
The mystery host then found some sheets in the closet of the Airstream, made the bed, called someone to confirm how to turn on a random feature, and tossed a deodorizer pod in the toilet (because it did not smell clean). He didn’t empty the fridge of leftover beer nor the freezer of leftover ice cream bars. One of the ice cream bars was open and partially eaten. Not worth an extra $25 cleaning fee. I elected to use my own sleeping bag for the night.
Please note that a totally different Airstream has replaced the 2023 version.

Everything was perfect even just for a night it’s definitely worth it. We were greeted by an emu and the dogs came to hang out with us all evening.

We had a great time staying here in the trailer! Right off the river, had a small fire in the pit, had friendly dog visitors and a great view of the stars. The trailer was great for 2 people, comfy bed and a good shower. We even got to see more animals on the way out. We would definitely stay here again!!

We booked this property intending to place our tents along the river to camp and use the facilities (full kitchen, toilet, and shower) inside the camper. This property is WAY better than advertised, it was absolutely amazing! Not only is the river serene and peaceful, but the property itself is an oasis. Filled with bunches of friendly animals to be pet, fed, and wanting to spend time with your group. The hosts were hands down some of the coolest and kindest people we have ever met, they even went as far as to bring us some fire wood, build the fire, and tell campfire stories! The camper is the perfect middle ground for someone who does not want to sleep in a tent and wants to glamp. The location is just a 10 minute drive from downtown Palisade, but with all the activities on the property, we only left once! My group definitely wants to come back in the future and make this our Girl's weekend every year!
