Approximately, 340 square feet, the 38-foot RV travel trailer (2017 Springdale) features full kitchen, is located in an apple orchard, overlooking a 12-acre vineyard, with valley views. RV is clean and fully functioning with water, electricity, heat, and AC. Has oven, stove, microwave, and outdoor bbq as well as gas fire pit (fire pit not available during fire season). Has queen bed, and upon request, owner can provide XL cot with memory foam to accommodate an extra guest. Includes linens, towels, etc. The RV sits on a flat concrete pad, and is located on a two-acre property, where owner lives, and which features a shared hot tub, pool, and outdoor shower. FYI: Next-door neighbor raises turkeys and chickens and you can hear and see them from the RV. Property is minutes from wineries, biking and hiking trails, old-growth redwoods, the sweet towns of Graton and Forestville (with restaurants and tasting rooms)... Ten-minute drive to Russian River in Guerneville and The Barlow in downtown Sebastopol. Twenty minutes to the coast.
