Great stay at a well appointed cabin in a small mountain town. Only bummer is I was hoping for more quiet, but there was massive construction next door, and it looks like it will be going on for a long time. Would definitely come back once all that is over. Had a great time otherwise.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cabin and the hosts Ebru and Jean. I’ve been multiple times and recommended this cabin to friends as well. I cannot wait to go back again!

We loved staying in the beautiful well appointed "treehouse", Romance in the Pines, with gorgeous views and the peace of quiet and privacy. Every detail in the home was so thoughtful and lovingly chosen. We throughly enjoyed every moment there! A perfect stay for our 40th anniversary celebration!! Thank you so muvh!

This cabin ticked every box. The beds were comfy, it stayed warm, the kitchen had EVERY amenity for preparing meals, the porch was so lovely to visit mornings and evenings, the closet was well stocked with games, and the views out every window were just so awesome. Relative to a lot of cabins in the area this one had a nice secluded location (it neighbors a couple cabins but still relatively private). The sleds turned out to be an unexpected fun activity after it snowed. The hikes in the area can be a little rigorous but they are SO SO beautiful! Mt Pinos is definitely worth hiking.
Tips: Turn all the lights off and go on the deck at night to see stars. Go sledding if you can. Bring Moscow Mule ingredients cuz there are copper cups in the freezer ;)

Love, love, love! Beautiful location. Great for couples. The cabin was equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed the real wood fireplace. The deck is amazing. Gorgeous views. Definitely will be back.

The location was lovely and the hosts were nice. There were a few odd developments, though, that would lead me to consider a different place. The host told me in advance that there was a scheduled power outage the first night I would be there. No worries, as this is beyond their control. However, they then offered some firewood for the evening. When I said that I would take them up on the offer, they told me that I could purchase it instead. Later, I attempted to use the pool and found that the passes were invalid. These are relatively minor things, but they would lead me to find a different place to stay in the future.

Romance in the Pines
What a gift to find a vacancy here for a weekday trip away. Despite the town not fully functioning Monday through Wednesday, we had plenty to do outdoors with hiking and enjoying the yard and deck. The kitchen allowed us to make family meals, and the kids enjoyed having a tv at night. With the hammock, the quiet, and the views, we achieved the relaxation we were looking for. We hope to return again.

Gorgeous place! Very remote and we enjoyed that. Bring what you need food wise and enjoy the gorgeous views and hikes. Hidden gem that we definitely plan on returning to. Excellent job!
