Perfect site. Simple picnic table, flat ground, trees. Nice cool fog in the mornings. Quiet. Host checked on me once and we had a great chat. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick and Shauna's Cypress Camp. The site is private, easy to find and has beautiful views of the coastal hills. Patrick and Shauna were excellent hosts. Would definitely recommend this campsite!

Such a beautiful, peaceful spot! I didn’t get the chance to meet Patrick, but Shauna was lovely and had great recommendations for the area. Highly recommend, and can definitely see myself staying here again!

Easy to get to and lovely view from the campsite! We appreciate how quiet it is from the roads and we're able to disconnect from the world. Patrick is friendly and glad we were able to chat with him a bit on our way out. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful private space, looking out over valley and mountains. Just minutes off Hwy 1. Flat, cleared space with porta potty, water faucet with a hose, 2 Adirondack chairs and a cool picnic table that Patrick, the host, built.

It was easy to make this reservation for a holiday weekend. The campsite was large, flat, grassy, private and with beautiful vista of the ravine. Patrick was so friendly and made excellent recommendations for nearby places to explore or eat at. Best of all was Lily, the campsite cat, who was the perfect little ambassador. We are definitely returning.

Excellent time staying at Patrick and Shauna‘s place. We really enjoyed ourselves and it was a pleasure meeting Patrick. Just be cautious about using Google maps to get there, sent us on a wild goose chase. Finally got it figured out.

Great spot! Tent camped a couple nights here. Cozy, private, easy access to the ocean and point arena. Host was super friendly and helpful, pointing us towards some hikes and walks nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Patrick and Shauna were great hosts, quick response and very friendly. The beach is close by which was really nice. The view was gorgeous and a perfect place to stargaze. This is definitely on our list of places to revisit.

Great site to camp at! We loved sitting by the campfire and seeing SO MANY stars.
The hosts have it thoughtfully set up — cozy firepit with 2 chairs provided, a picnic table, and water tap right there. A line of trees makes it feel private and not windy. Very clean portapotty.

Took my son and his friends for a weekend of Astrography and it was great spot with clear sky's and dark enough you almost did not need a telescope. Nice place to camp and a lot of actives around the cost to drive to and see. Host was nice and greeted us when we were setting up our tent and gave us some pointers about the area. Would definitely recommend.

This place was so beautiful, we loved it here, and we'll definitely be back next time we're nearby! Sunset views were stunning (gazing across the whole valley from the bed in our camper). Nighttime star-gazing was unreal, so memorable. It was ever so quiet and peaceful too. Met Patrick and his cat, perfect hosts, really enjoyed meeting them. Loved hearing about what they're up to here, and highly recommend this spot (and we've stayed at many a place on our travels, this is one of our absolute favorites :) Directions were straightforward (with great signposting on their land!), very helpful as there are a few turns along several well-made paths to get out to the spot (which is wonderfully spacious once you're there). We had our own facilities so I can't comment on the porta-potty, other than seeing it.

Very private place, far from city lights and you can see the Milky Way during the night. The hosts are friendly and helping. And they have a lovely cat and would stop by and say hi in the morning!
