Step into the newly redecorated grand great room featuring soaring ceilings and large windows framing the captivating beauty of the Sierra seasons. Natural light fills the space as laughter fills the air, with families and friends cooking together in the fully stocked kitchen. Memories are made around shared meals, while the crackling fireplace adds cozy warmth to this inviting chalet. With three spacious bedrooms, a large loft, and three full bathrooms, there’s ample room for family and friends to spread out and relax comfortably. The loft doubles as a media, entertainment, and game space, perfect for cozy evenings or fun-filled afternoons. The property is situated on a quiet lot just minutes from the Calaveras Big Trees State Park and a short drive to Bear Valley. While you’ll feel secluded in the woods, the site is easily accessible off Highway 4. The chalet includes a full indoor bathroom with a modern septic system and potable water. Please note that while the property offers a sense of privacy, there are neighboring cabins nearby, so we ask guests to observe quiet hours to maintain the peaceful mountain atmosphere.
