Serene tri-level chalet nestled among tall pines in beautiful Camp Connell, surrounded by nature’s bounty and close to the charming towns of Arnold and Murphy’s. With free access to Pinebrook Lake and just 20 minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort, this mountain retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and space for creating lifelong memories. Step into the newly redecorated grand great room featuring soaring ceilings and large windows framing the captivating beauty of the Sierra seasons. Natural light fills the space as laughter fills the air, with families and friends cooking together in the fully stocked kitchen. Memories are made around shared meals, while the crackling fireplace adds cozy warmth to this inviting chalet. With three spacious bedrooms, a large loft, and three full baths, there’s ample room for family and friends to spread out and relax comfortably. The loft doubles as a media, entertainment, and game space, perfect for cozy evenings or fun-filled afternoons. Where you’ll sleep: Sleeps total 12 and has 3 full bath’s: -Bedroom : King Bed in Master bedroom on the lower level with a full size TV and dresser, closet and a study desk with a view. -Twin Bed on the same floor separated by a staircase -Bedroom Room 2: Queen bed W/ dresser and closet -Bedroom Room 3: Queen bed W/ full size dresser and closet -Bedroom 4: Queen Bed in Loft separated by Queen Sofa couch bed. Guests will enjoy the entire cabin to themselves, featuring a newly updated kitchen and modern electrical work for a comfortable stay. The property is situated on a quiet lot just minutes from the Calaveras Big Trees State Park and a short drive to Bear Valley. While you’ll feel secluded in the woods, the site is easily accessible off Highway 4. The chalet includes a full indoor bathroom with a modern septic system and potable water. Please note that while the property offers a sense of privacy, there are neighboring cabins nearby, so we ask guests to observe quiet hours to maintain the peaceful mountain atmosphere.
