I loved camping on Genes land, it is very secluded and has an amazing view of the night sky! The perfect retreat to go hiking in red rock land during the day and have space to your self in the evening. The plot has a bunch of trees perfect for a hammock and several fire rings so you can have a fire close to where ever you decide to set up.

Quiet space by the river.
Alright friends - this is by far the most “primitive” space I have stayed on since being on Hipcamp. However! It’s quiet, it’s private and the land keepers are incredible. My stay here has been quite special. If you have the ability. Bring some kayaks and float along the River, or if you’re seeking some solitude by the water, literally only a stones throw away. It’s quite a large space so you can camp anywhere, there’s a few different fire pits. I have some house keeping for all who will stay beyond - THIS IS SOMEONE ELSES LAND! Please honor that - pack it in pack it out (that doesn’t mean burn your trash) most things don’t burn and you’re putting chemicals in the earth and air. Bring a trash bag. I’ve picked up a lot of trash from previous campers. We are stewards of other peoples space as campers. If that’s not for you, there are plenty of campgrounds with trashcans and camp bumper to to bumper with others. Here you are neighbors with the forest - be mindful and respectful it’s no one’s else’s responsibility but your own. <3 you can’t beat the hosts that live up the hill. Beautiful humans. I will be back.
