3 acres of amazing high desert, low forest land overlooking Sedona Arizona with spectacular views of the red rocks! One large site for camping either tent or RV , no hookups but outdoor toilet , firepit, wood and trash cans provided! Property looks down the valley onto Sedona!! Spectacular! Close enough to everything but feels like miles away! Please enjoy the space and leave it as you found it. Take all garbage with you on checkout and replace with clean garbage bag. This will help for the next campers. We have over 3 acres of land with two well maintained campsites that you can pitch a tent, drive a car or RV onto. Great flat spots with fire pits, garbage bins, ample space and phenomenal views away from civilization yet close enough to drive 5 min into town that has 4 restaurants and all the amenities! Tons of hiking, horse back riding and mountain biking around the area with Sedona only 15-20 min drive away! Definitely a special place to renew, refresh and soak in the wonder of Arizona beauty with the views!

This spot offers great views and very quiet. If it is a clear night great for star gazing. Howard is super responsive and even provides some firewood. Although it is a bit to dry now and there is a fire ban.

Perfect place for a camping getaway! Howard communicated so well throughout, and even had firewood ready for my after dark arrival. Close to Sedona and Montezuma Castle (and Well), but still felt away from the busy area. Loved it, will definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

Had a really nice stay at Bubba Ranch. It is dry camping which is what we were expecting. Nice and secluded. You can see the highway in the far distance, but we could hardly hear it. We were able to get our 25’ trailer level without much trouble. But there are not a lot of places that are level. Also, we chose to back down into the site, as there is not enough room (for us) to get turned around. The fire pit is there for use. But we spent our days hiking around Sedona and didn’t have the energy to get a fire going when we got back to camp. Overall I’d stay at Bubba Ranch again. 👍🏻

I loved the location and it is 20 minutes to Sedona. The view was lovely there are a couple of local restaurants 5 minutes away as well as a gas station. Howard was very responsive and answered quickly to all of my questions. I would definitely come back again when visiting the Sedona area!

A great place to camp off the grid. The view of the red rocks area around Sedona from the campsite is spectacular. The site is quiet except for a low amount of traffic noise from the far off interstate. The porta-potty was super clean. Howard was a great host; super communicative. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Great stargazing and close proximity to Sedona (20 minutes away). General store right at the bottom of the access road if you forget anything. Everything was clean and ready to go. Would book again.

We had an excellent stay at Baba Ranch! Timely communication from our host, Howard. Level, easy access, even for a 40’ bus. As promised, fire pits and outdoor mat, which came in handy for cool and wet weather. No light pollution, stars galore! Pristine clean Loo Loo. We enjoyed exploring Cottonwood, and the antique stores in McGuireville, about 3 miles from camp, as much as we enjoyed Sedona. A+++!!!

This was a simple, yet effective way to stay in the Sedona area in our campervan with our dog. Howard's communication was excellent, it was very easy to access, the port-a-potty was super clean, and we had the space to ourselves. Great value for the area too!
