Hippocamping Tent Campsite 2

94%
(17)
Tent site · Sleeps 7
*Returning Guests please message me for a discount.* Site 2 is located in the back behind the cabin in a groove of Russian olive trees. Very shaded and cool tent site for those staying during the heat of the day. This is a tent only site as you must park about 50 feet from the shaded campsite due to compaction issues with vehicle traffic. We do not recommend arriving after dark, chose another site easier to find. Late July-September our elderly stallion Denali lives in this campsite and he poops. If horse poo bothers you, do not pick this site. If you love horses, you will love this spot for the up close equine companion. Horse poop is not stinky and doesn’t stick to your shoes like dog or cow poo. It’s pretty much dried grass apples, like huge deer or rabbit poo.

Enchanted Evening RV 1

98%
(94)
RV/tent site · Sleeps 6 · Vehicles under 45 ft
*Returning Guests please message me for a discount.* A magical site nestled in the trees with glowing solar features and roaming white stallion. If you are booking another site with someone else you would want to book RV 1 and RV 2 these pair together well into one large space due to the natural landscape. This is the site with the most shade under huge shade trees, but there is less privacy between RV 1 and RV 2 than the other space. This site requires back in. This site requires you to pull up to the hose to fill your tanks upon arrival or when fill up is needed. If you are towing a trailer and staying more than 2 nights, we recommend site #3 which reaches if you bring a 50' hose.

Designed for the traveler needing a simple last minute place to park and sleep with no bells and whistles, or those joining a deluxe campsite booked by another party. No shade or picnic table just a tent site in a meadow near a power outlet. Best for a quick stop to rest and charge your devices. This space has a much stricter cancellation policy than the more expensive sites and are NON REFUNDABLE.  WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR THIS DISCOUNTED SPACE REGARDLESS OF THE EMERGENCY. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE, WE WILL NOT APPROVE BOOKINGS MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE . The sites are dispersed and may not have trees, shade, or it's own picnic table or fire pit on busy summer weekends. Host will assign a site to you if needed, if you don’t hear from us, just take anything available when you arrive. On holiday weekends, bring your own table, chairs, or portable fire pit unless you are sharing with a group booked with you.  If you are particular about your camping needs do NOT book this site. Most times this space has it all but it is not guaranteed on busy summer weekends. If you book after midnight and arrive before noon, there may not be a space for you, as the previous guest does not check out until noon. If we are able to accommodate you, there will be an extra day charge for early arrival without prior approval. No 3rd party bookings.  The person who booked the space must be staying overnight at the campsite booked.  I meet and greet everyone and if the booking party is not present at check in or overnight, unaccompanied guests will be asked to leave. *Please note to check the trips tab (folded map icon at the bottom of the ap) to access directions after booking.  Or check your e-mail confirmation, click on itinerary for detailed directions and GPS pin which is at the bottom after the rules. Glamping on the Farmstead

96%
(37)
Vintage trailer · Sleeps 3
*Returning Guests please message me for a discount.* Stay in our traditional unrestored vintage "glamper" which is a vintage camper decorated cute and feminine, with camping type accommodations, think no running water and using an outhouse. We offer a homemade outdoor bathhouse shower, we do have drinking water from a spigot on the property as you enter to fill your water bottles and a water container to bring to the campsite. This trailer is not upscale or modern, it has granny's farm vintage vibe. It is however equipped with power, mini fridge, heater and coffee maker. Far from a modern RV but "Farm Chic" which is junky, chippy, dusty, patina style. Nothing is new or like new, it is quirky and funky for those that appreciate a unique hand curated, vintage, artsy, country vibe. We invite artists to even come paint her! Yes you may use the vintage commode as a night time chamber pot. Just dump the liquid in the bushes and rinse, put TP in the trash. Camper is equipped with a single top bunk and a double bed on the bottom. We suggest you bring your own sleeping bags which is easiest, but if you are not able to, we have you covered with sheets, blankets and pillowcases in the closet to make your own bed on top of the decorative quilts. Please fold the blankets up and put them on the top bunk when finished and leave the used linens in a pile for laundering. The trailer is equipped with a fan, in the summer it gets pretty hot during the day but cools off nicely at night, temps dip into the 60s overnight and it's very comfortable. We use peppermint oil to repel rodents, please do not eat inside the trailer or keep any food inside the trailer except in the mini fridge as not to attract rodents. If you eat or store food in the trailer, a furry friend may come for a visit and a snack. Please note this is CAMPING under a tree next to a creek which is habitat for a variety of insects, some of which sneak inside. This in unavoidable. We Provide herbal insect killer, but expect bugs. We are in a farm, it’s dusty and we have manure and flies. Check out our photos and videos on insta #willowcreekretreat willow creek retreat farmstay.
