Gorgeous views and solitude! We loved camping here. Host gave excellent directions and was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again, especially during warmer months to take advantage of the kayak rentals.

Host was super sweet and accommodating. The following details are not their fault, but we would have appreciated the headsup: campfire was not allowed due to fire warning, and there are many, GIANT mosquitos. We expect bugs on a campground, but the mosquitos were huge, aggressive, and plentiful — a lot worse than we anticipated (we go camping often and this is the worst we’ve encountered). My boyfriend and I were mostly interested in the campfire, which we couldn’t use which made the trip a lot less worth it for us. That said, the view is gorgeous and the campgrounds are very well kept. Highly recommend for a multi day trip if you bring LOTS of bug spray haha.

This would be a great spot got camping with kids as they would love looking around the ranch. The barn with shower and flush toilet is great.

Easy to check in, came late and Mike helped provide me some light so I could set up my tent. He was very friendly and helpful. Everything was pretty much as advertised. It was a bit for me to sleep because dogs were be barking at random times thru the night.
If you’re a heavy sleeper it shouldn’t be a problem.

Overall, we had a great experience! The animals were so cute. We loved the barn cats. The shower was amazing, so happy that was there. We added on fire wood so it could be there when we arrived. Unfortunately, the wood was wet on the fire pit when we arrived. Waste of $10, we weren’t able to have a fire :(
Otherwise, very cute. Great stay. Easy access in and out.

We loved the unique B & B's on Jens beautiful farmland. B & B #3 was the perfect place for us to lay our heads while visiting our son in Spokane :) Our room had such wonderful cozy charm. It was a beautiful, peaceful, place far from the hustle and bustle but also only 25 minutes to all the beautiful landmarks, parks and unique locations that Spokane has to offer. She has tons of animals to admire and the sunrise over her acreage was just incredible. Definitely would stay at this beautiful location again.

I'm a return camper. It's quite for a farm. The cats are so cute and friendly. The horse's are beautiful and if you watch them they can be funny. I have been 2 times now. No problems no one bugging you. It's a nice place. If you go please donate to the frame. The animals are rescued.

Nice Ranch and really cute barn. We did the Ranch tour and were able to pet the goats and horses. This took an hour……but I do feel like it was overpriced for what we were given. If you like animals and horses this place is for you, if not I would find another spot.

This is such a unique find on Hipcamp. The repurposed horse stall room #3 we stayed in was really cute and roomy. It even had a couch and a fireplace, as well as electricity to charge our e-bikes and devices. The fans were appreciated, especially during the heat wave we just had. The shower room was also very cute and roomy with plenty of room to dress
The horses, cows, goats, chickens, ducks, and peacock made it all worth while. If you love animals, this is the place to stay. It is so charming!
Some things to think about:
1. If you are sleeping double in the bed. the mattress dips in the middle.
2. If you are planning to do any cooking on site, it is tricky with the resident rescue barn cats, wasps, and hornets during the summer months
We ended up eating our last couple of meals in the common room after much frustration.

It’s a great idea! I love the concept and was super excited to stay. I came with my adult daughter and rented based on the room sleeping four people per the description. There was one bed and a chair in the room. If you were a couple it could me fine. I would not have rented it if it had said that it slept two. I looked at the photos, which shows two different beds- without a description i assumed that these were the two beds that would be able to sleep four. After arriving and sitting at the very tiny broken picnic table to eat our dinner we communicated with the owner about the situation. I offered to split the two nights since I was canceling, but her description was inaccurate. She was not willing to do that but did tell me she changed the description on the website. There were many cats, which as a small farm owner, I understand. We did have to keep pushing them off the table as we ate. The rooms are in a big barn with no windows. Sone skylights or something to make the place less cavernous and dingy and some nice outdoor furniture and seating would really enhance the situation as sitting in the stall would be rough for more than a bit.

We stayed on Tent site 1. It had a hammock in the trees, picnic table, fire pit and was perfectly shady. We loved all of the roaming animals. The super friendly cats, the playful calf, the curious horses and nippy goats. They accommodated our last minute decision to do a sunset horse ride, which was lovely! The nearby park is beautiful. The bathroom was nice, but it's a bit of a walk, however you walk beside the horse pastures so win win.

Loved it here! We stayed at campsite #4. Straight forward direction. We did not partake in any extra activities that were offered. Loved the campsite with the swing hammocks. Very different BnB options.

The property was beautiful! You’re allowed to stay in the back of your car too which some place don’t allow. Far enough out of town for fresh air but not so far you couldn’t enjoy the city. Will definitely be staying there again.

It was an experience!! A little more rustic than the pictures show. The walls are super thin and you can hear the other guests whispering. Bathroom is small and interesting. The shower room was the best part, nicely done. The farm as well was not what we expected either. The gate to farm was an issue. Followed all the rules and suggestions to open and did not work. They had to send a ranch hand down to open.

This was such a unique experience!! The place was super well kept up and there were a lot of really cute details that made our stay special. The ranch was beautiful and the animals were great. We particularly enjoyed the friendly barn cats and the chatty goats. Our trail ride was a highlight with the gentle draft horses and Beth's expert guidance. The converted stable rooms were comfortable and amazingly dust-free. Being in the barn was a unique experience that made our "Sister Weekend" memorable. Do be prepared that the shared kitchen and bath are not like luxury resort accommodations, but we had everything we needed. It was a super fun environment and we would definitely book a return trip!

Beth, the ranch hand, was extremely friendly , outgoing and informative.
The barn cats and goats were delightful.
Shower was a very nice touch.

The greeting from the barn cats and goats was great! Loved being able to see the the horses and other farm animals! The room had an odor of people and the stall walls are not insulated so we could hear every word being said by our neighbors.
