There are multiple spots to pick for pitching a tent. Decide if you’d like to camp on the banks of clear creek or on a top of a hill with a view.
If you’re pulling a camper or driving an RV there are 2 easily accessible locations with access to power. Locations are near Clear Creek so you can enjoy playing in the water or take a hike through a pasture.
There is a cafe and bar just 4 miles up the road. They also offer shower and laundry services.

This is a nice place to stop while driving through Wyoming. We were happy to have access to a private indoor bathroom, which was close to the cabin and very clean. The views are absolutely beautiful. The llama had quite an inquisitive face and the horses were friendly.

Great location close to town. Kind hosts who showed me where to park. I was pleasantly surprised that there was power and water at the site. It was nice and level on a gravel pad. Minimal shade, but more reason to go sit by the creek that had excellent bird watching. My bird app picked up on 17 bird species.
Northern flicker, northern house wren, song sparrow, lesser goldfinch, house finch, yellow warbler, red winged blackbird, pheasants, mallards, kingbird, grackle, robin, cliff swallow, starling, cedar waxing, mourning dove, tree swallow…
It is close to a road and in a neighborhood with barking dogs, but I brought along some ear plugs and it was fine.

We just stayed for a one night on a road trip and liked it—grateful my dog could be there and they were nice about us getting a spot out of the way (my dog can be scared of strangers). We got s’mores stuff from the store there and wood as well. It was a comfortable night’s sleep!
For others’ awareness, there are two free-roaming herding dogs that appear to live onsite that will chase vehicles and come to your campsite.
We left a couple of food items on the picnic table overnight (some sealed in original packaging, some in foil, all in a plastic bag on top of that) and woke up to the dogs on the table ripping stuff apart and eating the food. Each time we’d move our vehicle, they’d bark and chase it and then try to go back to our site to sniff out more food.
Hot water was advertised, but the shower on the left (there were two) did not have hot water around 10am (unknown about the other since it was in use)—unsure if that’s all the time or maybe the hot water ran out?
Overall pretty spot and we had a nice sleep and such, but wanted to share about the dogs since (there is no mention of this) in case that impacts anyone considering staying here.

Absolutely perfect stay. Gorgeous land and surrounding area. Incredibly accommodating, good communicating & totally charming hosts. I camped by the creek and slept better than I have in ages. 11/10. Had coffee off my tailgate watching turkeys & deer mosey by. Will positively visit again. They have tent cabins and teepees and quite a collection of rad old buses. Need to check out restaurant but I heard it’s delicious. Shared bathhouse is a bonus. What a totally cool place in the world. If you’re visiting for the Leather Crafters Tradeshow next year and want a stellar vibes, nature soaked alternative to town hotels, consider staying here, it’s a gorgeous drive into Sheridan every morning. Weekend Trip to Little Bit Acres
Lisa and her husband have a very special cabin to share! I really enjoyed the space & nature. Even get to see trains passing! That's unusual for me. Peaceful setting in all ways.
I was able to use the toaster oven & mini fridge for my meals & they were perfect.
After camping in a tent for several nights, the cabin was warm & cozy.
Walking across the lawn to use the private bathroom was easy & very nice.
