We bought this property in 1998 put a house on it and have enjoyed our backyard which is Hoyt Peak where we can four-wheel or snowmobile or mountain bike right out our driveway. The view out our front yard is deer Valley ski resort. You’re welcome to park your trailer in our driveway and enjoy our amenities.Learn more about this land:One mile up a dirt road with easy access to Wasatch National Forest directly from our driveway. Hiking, mtn biking, and ATV riding are all possible. Countless mountain lakes and streams nearby in Mirror Lake Hwy. Park City is 20 minutes away. Salt Lake City is 50 minutes away. DeJoria center is five minutes away with a nice restaurant, free concert series, and excellent recreation.

Mountain Desert at its best. Learn more about this land: If you are on your way somewhere and need a place to campout, consider stoping here. In the spring when the creek is full, it is a fun place for kids to play (it dries up in July usually). There is a lot of open space. We have a trampoline and swing and fire pit we can share (fire pit for spring and early summer only). It's very peaceful out here. There are tons of flat roads to ride bikes safely on. It's 30 mins from Bear Lake, 20 Minutes from Monte Cristo. There is fishing nearby and a park around the corner. 15-20 amp electrical hookup (just a standard household plug with an extension cord) and water as well. We have kids who love to make you feel welcome and play with your kids too.

Nice to have access to pools, hot tub, and nice clean showers and facilities. Fishing rules have changed post-listing- pay for permit, but catch and release only. They were very nice and responsive, and we enjoyed our stay!

Weekend Trip to Cottage Stopover

This stop suited us well. It’s easy to find and we found a nice, level spot just off the driveway for our 21 foot campervan. We were able to open out the side “patio” towards a creek and felt very private, even though we were fairly close to the house. The community is small and quiet.
