Welcome to Camp Rendezvouz! We are in Wyoming, on Highway 287 between Fort Collins, CO. and Laramie, WY. When you book, make sure you are committed as we have a strict cancellation policy. We are making this campground more for families and family reunions, or friends that want to be together yet have your own space. It’s high with trees and rocks, beautiful views and amazing starry nights. Camp sites 1 2 3 4 are fairly close together for a family or to circle the wagons. Very nice close hike to a creek. Camp site's 5 and 6 are secluded. They would be best for someone who is self contained, as they don’t have an outhouse nearby. Sites 7 8 9 have some seclusion. Site's 10 11 12 13 14 15 are perfect for families, where you can all be together but separate. We are a work in progress but we will try to accommodate anything you may need. Please talk to us! We have firewood $7.00 per bag delivered to your campsite. Do not bring your own firewood. We don’t want more pine beetles and noxious weeds. More than 2 vehicles per site $10.00 per vehicle per night. A vehicle pulling a trailer counts as 1. A motor home pulling a car or trailer counts as 1. We look forward to hosting you!

This property belonged to my grandparents. My grandpa and grandma ran cattle and sheep on the land and put up hay. They raised my dad and his two brothers on the place. My dad and mom built a house just West of the property, where I grew up, walking over the hill to visit Grandpa and Grandma. They sold the ranch when I was 10 years old. The place was sold 3 times before I was able to buy it back in 2021. The purchase included an RV campsite. My wife Lindsey and I thought, what a great way to meet people and share a little piece of our amazing Wyoming. There is nothing better in the world than waking up early in Rural Wyoming! Learn more about this land: Open views of hay meadows, cattle, sheep and sagebrush. The area around the campsite is an open field with easy interstate access. There are neighbors within view and our home is approximately 1/4 mile away from the two RV camping spots. We have kids, horses, sheep, dogs, cats and rabbits. There are also antelope and deer. We do offer electrical, septic and water hookups at both locations. Both sites are immediately adjacent to one another. Just a short drive from Douglas, Wyoming and Natural Bridge State Park. The best star host camping in Wyoming guide

Where to go

Northwest Wyoming

Sweeping mountain ranges, jagged canyons, and vast forests dominate the landscapes of northwest Wyoming, the stomping ground of hikers, rock climbers, and backcountry campers. Once you’ve marveled at the kaleidoscopic hot springs and geysers at Yellowstone National Park, tackle the peaks of the Grand Teton National Park or saddle up for a horseback ride through the Shoshone National Forest. For winter campers, Jackson Hole has world-class skiing and snowboarding, plus cozy cabins and mountain lodges.

Northeast Wyoming

Storied Wild West landscapes stretch east through the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area, where you can hike through red rock canyons or fish for trout on Bighorn Lake. Continue through the Bighorn National Forest, where moose and black bears roam the glacial valleys and alpine lakes, or set out on an RV road trip through the Badlands, stopping by the Devil's Tower National Monument enroute to the Black Hills.

Southwest Wyoming

Desert plains, gleaming lakes, and rocky ravines stretch north from the Utah border to meet the wilderness of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. Venture off-road for a taste of the Sahara desert at Killpecker Sand Dunes, admire the colorful cliffs of the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area, or park your RV in sleepy towns and lakes along the Green River.

Southeast Wyoming

It's all about the rodeo in Wyoming's capital, Cheyenne, especially during the annual Cheyenne Frontier Days—the largest rodeo & Western event of its kind in the world—held each July. For those who fancy exploring further afield, Wyoming’s eastern plains are dotted with time-stood-still western towns and fishing lakes, while the Medicine Bow National Forest has plenty of options for campers, along with eight boating lakes, and miles of hiking, biking, and OHV trails.
