This secluded 6 acre property is nestled on the quiet backwaters of the Wisconsin River. Featuring a 150 ft of spectacular waterfront, 80 ft of dock, and 225 ft of raised walkway through the fern and moss filled sandstone canyon. Our recently remodeled 1 bedroom cabins offer a cozy space to reconnect, relax and make lasting memories, while our glamping domes allow you to live in nature. Our property is comprised of 6ac of land on the Wisconsin River...we have a cornfield to the North, a seasonal cabin to our South the river to the East and a road and natural area to the West. We are 1.8mi from downtown Wisconsin Dells. Our property has 4 glamping domes, 4 cabins, perfect for couples and friends to come to the same place and have their own accommodations, 1 cottage with 2 queen beds, a Gathering House (Converted Tavern) social area, that is set up as an intimate and cozy atmosphere (think speakeasy), a 24x24 covered deck and 24x10 patio area. Follow the trail down the hill towards the river and you'll find 225ft of raised walkway through a natural Sandstone canyon that arrives at our private 80ft dock on the riverfront. I would definitely stay up there again. Lots of privacy and the train running not far by peaceful in its own right. I heard coyotes in the distance and a screech owl pretty close. It is also a great place to look at the stars.

The site I had was great to park my teardrop camper. Peaceful solitude. There was a toilet room but I had my own. It looked clean and organized. A little noisy at peak times as it is on a corner of a well used hwy H. Other than that I heard owls talking to each other. Very cool. Recommend.

This is an intimate little place, really quite lovely in the farm yard. More appropriate for tents (we had a teardrop that was difficult to situate). Never met the hosts - I think they were away, we didn't see lights in the house or any activity. Electric cord provided was not long enough to reach site, even with my own extension. A nice place to overnight.

I loved the beautiful and private setting we had behind the barn. Site had electricity to run a box fan I brought which was a life saver since the 4th of July weekend was HOT. it was nice to just pull up in our van and have a fire pit with chairs and table to use. Firewood was even available. All we had to do is fill up and deflate our air beds each day and go. Would never do the traditional hauling everything but the kitchen sink camping again. There was abundant wildlife to enjoy was well. Highly recommend coming for a stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sandstone! Location was ideal, close to everything but tucked away and peaceful. We rented one of the glamping domes. Did not anticipate how comfortable and private they would feel. Waking up to a beautiful morning in the woods while still in bed was like no experience we've had before. There is so much attention to detail throughout the property. Tanya and Cale clearly put their hearts into building something special here. We are definitely returning for another stay this year.

The domes were such a unique experience. The snow falling and being in the woods felt like you were in a snow globe. The property is so beautiful. We loved the walk to the water and the hiking path on the property. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to disconnect!
