One of my favorite home away from home’s. This property will help you reground and connect with nature. I have added the necessities of life, while keeping the property as natural as possible. My goal is to share this great experience I’ve created with you and your family. From the outdoor shower to the walking trails that weave through the woods and over Tibbet Creek you will love your stay! A couple of the sites are more remote than others by design. Not all can be driven up to. The furthest would be approximately a 500’ walk. A wagon is available to carry your items to your site. There is a large pond if you would like to fish or swim, and a John boat and a paddle boat to use also. Each site has its own fire pit with a cooking grate. Firewood available for purchase on site. Most sites are set with views of a water feature. Some tents are available to rent if you don’t have your own.

Riley Crest Farm is located in Amherst, Wisconsin. Close to Hartman Creek St Park, on the north side of Hwy 54. We are diversified farm. We have a small herd of dairy cows, 50 dairy/meat goats, a horse named Willow, a couple pigs In the summer, lots of cats. We specialize in goats for meat. Grazing girls roam 30 acres of pasture close to camping. Our goats are very friendly. We are currently not milking goats. We have a spring fed 3 acre pond to paddle around if the water level is high enough. Swimming not recommended. Primitive tent and camper sites available. We welcome horses, bring your own fence. Trails on farm for walking or riding and close to Hartman Creek State Park trails. Dogs are okay, but must be on a leash for the safety of our livestock. Our on site camper offers a bathroom, no shower. Gas generator to run electricity is included for lights and basic appliances. Bring your own water containers, available to fill at the farm. Peaceful Getaway on Beautiful Green Lake 🌿 We loved our stay at this cozy cabin on Green Lake! The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The hosts thought of everything — from a welcoming coffee and snack basket to fire pits already prepped for us. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, walking the peaceful paths, and relaxing under the stars at night. The property is absolutely beautiful and well cared for. Weekend Trip to Daycholah Center on Green Lake!

Cabin and amenities were clean and as depicted. We were comfortable as a family of four at the cabin and campground. We enjoyed having the fire pit and chairs (we didn’t find matches but brought our own). The weather didn’t cooperate but the dock and kayaks were really neat and we wish we had stayed an extra day. We thought the grounds and chapel were great and we anticipate coming back again :)

Weekend Trip to Scandyland Bell Tent Retreat

We had an amazing time with the dogs. Lake was a short walk down the road. Not far. Very secluded, just what we needed for our holliday weekend. The bed was very soft, and anything we needed was there at camp. We definitely over packed. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a great time camping at the Reilly farm last weekend. A great place to turn off the phone and recharge your own battery. Very peaceful. Highlights..Morning hikes through woods and around prairie, Full sun on site nearly all day, no neighbors within a quarter mile, sound of bees buzzing in the field around the camping area.

Tom and his family are nothing short of amazing. We found this on a wimb prior to the 4th on a last minute decision to go camping. Let me tell you that this was by far the best choice, and place we could've picked. I dont even know where to begin. The campsite was amazing, clean, everything we hoped for. The hospitality they showed us during our stay was outstanding. The animals they have... the friendliest farm cats you'll ever meet and the goats and cows that they are more than willing to tell you about...I couldn't think of a better place to go camping. If anybody out there is looking for a quiet, peaceful place to go camping this is absolutely the place for you. I told my fiance "I think we just found our forever camping spot" and she blindly agreed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!

3 nights at RileyCrest Farm

My 9-yr old son did not want to go camping in a regular campground, but in the "wilderness". So I set out to search on line and found the Northern Exposure site on the RileyCrest Farm. It did NOT disappoint. He had a great time with the row-boat in the pond, his bow and arrows, and just doing bunch of kid stuff that would not be looked upon kindly in an urban setting. It was just two of us on 60 acres of woods and hey-fields. Tom and his family are very nice people who found time to show my son their livestock even though this is a working farm and they were plenty busy. If you plan on relaxing in the shade, bring a foldable gazebo. Shade is at a premium in the immediate camp area.
