The property offers plenty of shade in the summer and space for tent camping on our empty lot next to the house and garage buildings. We have a woodworking studio where we create one-of-a-kind pieces using a scroll saw and other tools in our large workshop. If you’re a HipCamper reading this and the listing is still available, book it right now! The tiny house rental exceded my groups expectations in every way. The tiny house itself is nicer inside than expected and thoughtfully built. The hot outdoor shower felt amazing on a cool night after spending the day hiking. The stars on this property are the best I’ve seen in all of Wisconsin, we all saw multiple shooting stars each night. The hosts kept us well stocked with firewood and their farm fresh eggs. Randy and Alnilda are really cool and kind folks. They really cared about how we were doing and enjoying our stay. They made our weekend trip the best it could have been.

Enjoyed the trakl walk along the Wolf River. The office/camp grocery is nice. I got a super warm hoodie for fall winter. The rv campsite wasn't very private. But it was across from the restroom. They have been having some plumbing issues. But an alternate shower & toilet were available. The showers were warm. The hosts were nice & informative. We will be back again.

We stayed 6 nights at Stoney Brook Acres. The host, Leroy, greeted us and helped us get connected to electric, sewer, and water. It's a big lot with a beautiful view of farmland. We put our chairs out and enjoyed the view. Leroy set out a smokeless fire pit for our use and offered us firewood. The step to our motorhome was high for a couple of short ladies, and Leroy built us a wooden platform to give us a lift up. He was friendly and helpful all the time. We would definitely return if in the area. Using his camp as a jump-off point, we visited a local winery (Zeigler), drove to Sheboygan to visit the Kohler Art Preserve, shopped at Vern's Cheese in Chilton and visited the beautiful town park with our dogs. The EAA flyin was happening in OshKosh and we enjoyed seeing occassional planes flying overhead.

This is an intimate little place, really quite lovely in the farm yard. More appropriate for tents (we had a teardrop that was difficult to situate). Never met the hosts - I think they were away, we didn't see lights in the house or any activity. Electric cord provided was not long enough to reach site, even with my own extension. A nice place to overnight.

I loved the beautiful and private setting we had behind the barn. Site had electricity to run a box fan I brought which was a life saver since the 4th of July weekend was HOT. it was nice to just pull up in our van and have a fire pit with chairs and table to use. Firewood was even available. All we had to do is fill up and deflate our air beds each day and go. Would never do the traditional hauling everything but the kitchen sink camping again. There was abundant wildlife to enjoy was well. Highly recommend coming for a stay.
