Weekend Trip to Olde Tyme Cabins
The location was perfect! We felt secluded in our little camp and were able to hike up the hillside nearby. We loved the campfire with the lights strung around, and there were roasting sticks in one of the RV cubbies. The hot tub was amazing. We did get rained out of the hot tub, since there is no awning over it, but once the rain stopped, we were able to enjoy again. The master bed was comfortable, and the bunk beds have a curtain to keep lights out for later sleepers. We camped in mid-November and stayed warm and cozy the whole time. Our only complaint was the water. It never quite worked well enough to shower, and washing dishes was frustrating. We did let our hosts know, and they came quickly to work on it, which helped for a short while, but didn't last the duration.

There were a lot of thoughtful touches, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the backyard was really nice. The hot tub was clean enough and worked well and the fire pit was lovely. The place felt a lot bigger than the pictures implied! The hosts communicated well enough, except missing the text that one of the two toilets was broken.
Other notes: It is really three, full- or queen-sized beds + one very small mattress above the bed in the basement. It could technically fit 7 people if everyone shared beds except one small person, who slept on the small mattress above. The basement bathroom was iffy, with only a small spray of water in the shower, a toilet that didn't work while we were there, and a door that doesn't fully close.

1 night at Olde Tyme Cabins
Looking for a unique getaway? I highly recommend yurt camping! My recent trip was fantastic. The yurt was incredibly private, giving us a true sense of being out in nature without sacrificing comfort. It was also very well-supplied and had everything we needed, which made packing and planning so much easier. The yurt and the surrounding area were spotless and super clean, and the whole experience was just plain fun. It's the perfect mix of rustic adventure and cozy relaxation. We're already planning our next trip!

Weekend Trip to Olde Tyme Cabins
Great little spot in the woods! Yurt was very comfortable with soft mattress, microfiber sheets included! The yurt has electricity, lots of games available, a firepit, with a bundle of dry firewood. The deck is large and has a sink with running water near the side and table. Tiki torches are available, if it hasnt just rained, they work and theres a lot of tiki torche oil. The host was nice and brought over some extra hanging lights and check in to make sure we were all good. Great place to stay

Beautiful part of West Virginia. The site was very secluded and had everything we could want. The yurt was HUGE! Plenty of room inside the tent. The outhouse was well maintained. The hot shower was great! Our dogs loved the freedom of not being on a leash.

Alex was very responsive and helpful. The yurt was stocked with firewood and fire starter. I will say the air mattress bed is not the most comfortable though.

Would recommend. This site was well kept up property was beautiful and so peaceful. They are putting alot of work into the sites it shows. Alex was great when ever we needed something he brought it right up and answered very fast.

With pets
We never used the steam shower but the house was cozy, TVs in the bedroom with lots of options for kids. Bedding was soft and comfy. Loved the back porch overlooking the hill where you can watch a beautiful sunset. Fire pit was a hit as well! We tried to pitch a tent for the kids but the house is on a pretty sloped hill so it didn’t turn out as planned.

Weekend Trip to Olde Tyme Cabins
The views here were outstanding, especially with all of the snow lately. The stars out here were incredible! The road was a little icy, but plowed before we got there. The heater was available for us and the propane tank open when we arrived. The walkway was shovelled as was the area around the fire pit. Very awesome spot for a winter getaway.

1 night at Wild And Wonderful Silos
Had an amazing weekend at the Silo house! Enjoyed a campfire with smores at night. Played some records and boardgames. Place was clean and exactly as pictured. No long laundry list of chores to check out was a nice plus! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
