An amazing, naturally sustainable Summer Camp on one of the prettiest stretches of the Greenbrier River. This experience is geared for those who want to experience what it is like to live sustainably in harmony with nature in a beautiful natural setting. There are many native edible plants on the property which has been rewilded for over 30 years which consists of one thousand feet of riverbank hidden over the bank tucked between the road and the river. Plants include spice bush, mayapple, papaws, foxgrapes, greenbrier, bluebells, Sochoni (wild coneflower), raspberry, hazelnut, muscadines, American bladdernut, and American elderberry. There are also kayaks and canoes available and guided floats on the beautiful Greenbrier River voted best river to float in America in 2025!

The Shoals

Pitch your tent on one of the prettiest stretches of the Greenbrier River beside the most beautiful flat bottom shoals that will lull you to sleep. You can also upgrade to sleep in an open air timber framed treehouse high in an old growth tree canopy. It has a full sized bed covered with a net, storage, a live edge curved black cherry bar on a cantilevered deck overlooking the shoals, and a 20 amp electrical circuit.

Treehouse over the Shoals

This is a beautiful open air rustic treehouse with a queen-size bed and a beautiful curved live edge black cherry bar overlooking the shoals which are one of the most beautiful flat bottom shoals on the Greenbrier. The treehouse was built with all the local live edge hardwoods and each wood is used for the purposes each species is intended for. The woods include Ash, Black Locust, Black Cherry, Black Walnut, White Oak, Red Oak, Silver Maple, and Sycamore.
