A little farther and you will find natural pools at Potholes State Park, Soap Lake, Coulee Dam, and Lake Lenore Caves.
Interesting fact: Our homestead is located on the McConihe Flats. 1200 years ago the Sinkiuse Indians would meet on the McConihe Flats and trade. They would also collect things along the shore of the lake such, as duck eggs and reeds, which are still around today.
We are conveniently located between Moses Lake and Ephrata Washington. Only 12 minutes from either town where you can find Walmart, other stores, and resturants for all your needs.

They communicated with us very well, giving clear instructions on how to get there and what to expect. The land was beautiful and we were able to get a good nights rest, as we were just passing through! The out house was cool and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Hauntingly serene and remote location in the basalt columned scablands of Eastern Washington on the unrestored portion of a family ranch in the Crab Creek bottoms. Interesting historic barns and structures with cool vintage retired machinery. It’s a new HipCamp and will likely get some improvements, like signage and some tidying of the immediate grounds and perhaps more detail in the listing. There’s only one hookup spot, so if it’s taken, you’ll be dry camping. But the host was amenable to getting some distance from the other guest while I was there. The price is very reasonable. The region has so few camping opportunities, I’m grateful they opened up this gem. BNSF trains run by a couple times an hour 200 yards away, but no crossings for miles, so no whistles.

So, let me begin with the view…AMAZING! The drive in was breathtaking.
The spots give you space between any other campers. Like lot of space. Yes, you must go to the winery. The way Renato shares about the wines, his story and the land. You are transported to a magical place. The wine is also unique- just go.
If you want to go into town, just a short drive. You want to explore there are trails.
We clearly had not been camping in a while and forgot our converter for the electric plug in. We didn’t have a camper, we were tenting it. We had our mattress to inflate. Rookie move. If you are familiar with the eastern part of the state, you know it can get breezy - made it for a comedy or errors putting up tent. Lots of bonding. The nights were amazing we didn’t put our rain covers on and just slept under the stars.
Renato was a very good host. Just like you have read he is there to greet you and give the lay of the land. We went to tasting room twice. Just as much for the wine as for his stories and learning more about wine.
No matter of camping level, great get away.
You just have to see it to believe it.

Renato was very welcoming and we had a great stay. We enjoyed hiking in the area and birdwatching from the vineyard. The site was easy to get into and set up with water and power. It was very private and a quiet, relaxing place to visit.

Renato was a wonderful host! He met us when we arrived and showed us to our site, where the water, electrical and porta-potty was and they were all right next to our spot. The sites are VERY spacious for both tents, campers & RV's. Not jammed side by side like the usual campsite which was awesome!
The views were absolutely incredible from the site, sunrises and sunsets were more than we could have imagined. The winery itself is something special that's just up the road that we walked to.
We did a wine tasting with Renato and we sampled around 6 different wines that were made on the property by him and his family. After our tastings, we had two more glasses of wine and purchased a bottle. We spent almost over 2 hours talking about his travels all over the world, his story and life itself. One of the nicest people I've ever met.
10/10 recommend!!

The view was incredible and the land was gorgeous and vast — it felt like we were the only ones there and as if we had stepped back into time. Perfect way to recharge from the city, so quiet, and great campsite for multiple families. Renato was an exceptional host— So friendly and helpful and gave us a tasting and told us so many stories of the land. Finding this spot was very straightforward and easy. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The sites are very large and well kept. Great area to have a dog. We enjoyed the stay and Renee is very hospitable. The tasting room is nice and he even allows dogs in. A storm blew in during the night so we had a lot of wind but that is just Washington weather.
