Welcome to one of the most magical places in Kittitas County. Here you will be the ONLY campers on this 1 acre site! The spot has a crystal clear 80/gpm well and power for you to use. There is plenty of room for extra tents or parking. The driveway can be challenging if you are new to trailering. There is a turn around for backing up but it is not a pull though. See photos ;)
Here you will feel a world away but a 15 minute drive down the mountain and you are in downtown Cle Elum. The property is minutes away from the Yakima River, Hwy 10, I-90 and the Teanaway Forest. Fly fishing, rafting, hiking are all nearby.
When the sun goes down get your chair ready. Sunsets are breathtaking and with little light pollution, the star gazing is incredible.
This original 24 acre parcel and surrounding area was destroyed by the Taylor Bridge fire in August of 2012. The fire destroyed 61 homes and 36 square miles. Currently, NO FIRES of any kind, as there is a county wide burn ban in place.
Well socialized dogs are ALWAYS welcome. The owner has a very friendly Aussie who will most likely manage to open a door and “sneak out” to say hello….
Note, the whole Kittitas Valley can be windy so come prepared just in case. If you have ANY questions, need anything or would like suggestions during your stay just ask me, I am happy to help.

This property is a great camp for enjoying everything that Eastern Washington outdoors has to offer. The Columbia river is in the valley below which provides fishing and watersports. The property is adjacent to thousands of acres of State and federal land which are free to explore. Winter tends to bring significant snowfall which makes this a great destination for winter sports as well. The property sits on top of a mountain plateau known as Harmony Heights. The site is about a 20 minute drive to Brewster or Pateros and about 40 minutes to Lake Chelan. This is an fairly large site and will accommodate two RV's as well as plenty of area for tent camping. There is plenty of good spots to play with dogs without any conflicts. Despite the existence of year round residences and cabins this area is still very wild so you have a chance of an encounter with any critter that is native to the forests and prairies of North Central Washington. This includes but is not limited to the occasional bull snake, rattle snake, badger, black bear, mule deer, whitetail deer, moose, coyote, wolf, mountain lion, bobcat, as well as all kinds of birds including blue birds, hawks, owls, turkey, chukar, ravens, Hungarian partridge, quail, and forest grouse. Bring a field guide you will be happy you did.

RV spot up to 40' with hookup for water, septic and power. Located above Wenatchee with open vistas of the Cascades. Nearest neighbor 1/4 mile away. Wenatchee is 12 miles away, 35 miles to the Gorge Amphitheater, 30 miles to Leavenworth and 45 miles to Lake Chelan. This is an farming area with cherry orchards 200 feet from the site. It is busy during cherry harvest (4th of July through end of July) with regular chemical sprays being applied by our neighbors from April through September so if you are sensitive to agricultural chemicals this site is not recommended. Also be advised we're on top of a mountain and can get quite breezy at times. Pets are welcome but should be supervised due to predators (primarily coyotes and various birds of prey). And the chickens, I have a friend raising chickens on the upper part of the property where they mostly just make routine chicken noises but there are some roosters that seem to be nocturnal which some folks can find annoying. We also have varying numbers of snakes as the weather warms up some years they are more prevalent than others (contact me if you are concerned for a snake report). On the bright side we don't have any wasps or mosquitoes. This site is available once the snow melts and the mud dries up, typically mid-March until it begins freezing on a regular basis which varies but not much past mid October. This spot is also available for longer term rentals.

First and foremost this land is gorgeous. There was a wonderful view and the area was very well cared for. The directions were very easy to follow and took me straight to the site (Apple Maps). I had a bit of hiccup with a flat tire and Jackie could not have been more helpful. She assisted me in this issue and that was the biggest act of kindness. I would’ve had to pay a lot for a tow and this was avoided by her help! It is nice to know that you’re booking with someone who genuinely cares for their property and for the people camping. Thank you again Jackie for your kindness, sharing your property and just being overall amazing. I cannot recommend this site enough!! :)

This camping spot truly exceeded our expectations. The site was immaculately clean and well maintained, offering a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views of the valley. It felt wonderfully private, yet reassuringly safe, with a few residential properties nearby that didn’t intrude on the serenity.
The host was exceptional—communicative, welcoming, and clearly thoughtful. As a sweet gesture, he left us delicious cookies for both me and my pups, which we enjoyed while soaking in the scenery. It’s little touches like this that make a stay memorable.
Navigating and parking our RV was a breeze, and the site included a cozy tent with a comfortable bed, perfect for lounging and gazing down the valley. The propane firepit was a fantastic addition, and the host even provided a full tank, so we didn’t have to worry about setup.

Loved this mountain space, drove down a gravel road through some beautiful farmland before we reached our spot. Set up a tiny fire in the pit and a tent for the night and it was perfect! A little windy, as expected from the top of a scenic mountain, but overall a wonderful experience. Would come again and recommend to anyone looking for a private camping spot to enjoy the views and wind down :) Thanks for the stay

Beautiful views! Nice and flat spot to setup our tent. The ground was hard so we couldn’t put the tent stakes in the ground, but fortunately there was very little wind so it wasn’t an issue. We will definitely try and come back again.

This camp site was awesome! The view was incredible and the drive up was very enjoyable. I had concerns about making it up to the camp site in my 2WD VW Westfalia Camper, but Liliya sent videos of each segment of road getting to the site which was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this camp site to anyone wanting to get away from crowds when camping.

What a truly spectacular experience. This was our first trip out in our new (to us) RV, and I couldn’t think of a better way to spend it. The site itself was wonderful; we found it easily, RV hookups worked beautifully, the site was clean, the propane fire pit was excellent, I could go on and on. Great communication from the site hosts. The view, though? Unparalleled. Pictures can’t do it justice.
Truly just a magical experience. I can’t gush enough about how great of a time we had. I’d love to return (again and again and again) in the future!

Great site! Quiet and beautiful location close enough to lake chelan to take advantage of it but far enough to avoid the crowds. Road up to the site is under construction which makes the drive to any activities longer than expected, but that probably won’t be relevant information much longer.
