We have alternate arrival instructions for you after you book. These instructions add about 7 minutes (totaling 8 minutes) from SR 18 to the campground. Our location is convenient. We are just minutes from Auburn city limits. Road noise, planes, Pacific Raceways, and freight trains are audible here even if muffled by the trees. Our distant neighbors occasionally indulge in target shooting. We have a brand new neighborhood in construction on one of our property lines. In order to provide safety and peace, hosts live just outside the campground and closely manage happenings. All our sites have 2-4 persons occupancy in hopes of deterring parties. Our quiet hours are 8pm-8am so we can rest up for the next day’s adventures. Propane stoves are welcome during fire bans. We do not have a check in cut-off time. Reservations do need to be made before midnight. We have zero tolerance for hateful, abusive, or discriminatory behavior toward people, belongings, and wildlife. The 40+ year old trees and distance between the campsites provides space for you to bring and create your own vibes. Hosts should only approach you with safety or quiet hour concerns. Weekend Trip to Cedar River Retreat

Brittany's space is a sweet little haven. I have booked this spot a few times for a Winter Solstice celebration and it never disappoints. We love gathering around the big fire pit for hours, sharing in ceremony, music, and reflection, and ending the night with a cozy sleep in the cabin. I happily recommend this spot!

Weekend Trip to Pipe Lake Cabin

The cabin was larger than I expected! You enter into a large room with the main bed (bedding included), pullout couch, armchair and fireplace. Then there is the kitchen area with a good size dining table. Bathroom is right off the kitchen. No shower but that didn't bother us. Basic amenities for the kitchen is all provided and there are plenty of extra blankets. Just a PSA, your door code will be sent 30 minutes before the check in, we found ourselves worrying as the time got closer and closer!

It's a very quiet getaway, but close enough to the city. The professional and friendly staff make it feel at home. The community house is stocked full of pots and pans and other baking utensils to virtually make anything you may be craving to make. I would definitely stay here again if needing a weekend getaway to destress myself.

Perfect for the first stormy weekend of Fall. Lots of reading, listening to the rain & hail! We did get a little sun & got a bit of fishing in. Wonderful & close views of an eagle, sitting right in a tree off the deck. Pro tip: Shut the door between main room and kitchen. It makes the heater much more efficient. Can't wait to get back in Spring. Charming and peaceful.

A gorgeous little forest with insanely tall trees that tower over you. I love this spot, especially for camping close to Seattle, and the one thing I’d note is it is next to a main road with cars going by at night— to know in advance!

We loved the Cedar River Cabin! Just the right size with all the glamping amenities. Cute, cozy, easy to get to, nestled in a lovely wooded area. Moxie, our cat, enjoyed it too! We've started taking her on mini-trips to get her accustomed to traveling with us on all types of adventures. I'd say it was a huge success!

Another pitch perfect 🏕️😋 stay at Cedar River Resort! My pup and I stayed at the tent site again and the rain and generally soggy weather made me appreciate the tent pad even more. It’s so nice to not have to lug all the firewood in as well. I just get to breeze on in with my tiny 2 lb bag of kindling and use the firewood available on site for a very reasonable price. We’ll be back again soon! Thanks again, Brittany!

Weekend Trip to Green Apple Alpacas

This was a neat spot. Very cool to see all the animals and the hosts were very kind. Hook ups were reliable and ground in this specific site was level enough to only need one small block on one back tire. Note for anyone visiting, this is a working farm, and when there is not camping in the pasture it’s used for animals. Poop was everywhere, like every 10 (or less) steps there would be poop. It’s alpaca and goat so it’s not wet or gross, but you’ll want to bring some boots if you plan to walk around the field much - definitely not a place for bare feet. Would stay again, and keep this in mind for the future.

The views are vibe here are awesome. We stayed in camping spot #1 with our VW bus. The community room/kitchen is gorgeous and nicer than my kitchen at home lol. Check-in was effortless. Compost toilets don't smell at all and there are many nice touches all around. The outdoor showers were a highlight. Very hot water also. Would definitely come back and I highly recommend this place!

The lands of Camp MoxyJo's were such fun from vintage glamping trailers and camper vans to multiple kitsch-filled common areas for communal cooking, play & hanging out. Having grown up in the 1960s, I felt I was immersed in joyful memories of my young adulthood everywhere I walked on the Camp MoxyJo's grounds. My young grandchildren loved roaming the campground, feeding the goats, and being introduced to the art of darts--intergenerational memory making.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Beautiful camp ground, and the property managers are exceptionally kind and helpful. Trails through the woods, little nooks and crannies to explore with treasures left like hammocks and tables overlooking the valley. Very clean, very safe, very secret, and very affordable. On a scale of 1-10, easy 10. I highly recommend.
