This camping experience takes place on a 200+ year old farm. We currently offer multiple camping options, most of which are only accessible by either all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicles.  The first location (along the main road) is solely for RVs or travel trailers (TT). The other camping locations are for tent camping, and much smaller/narrower and rugged RV/TT with a 4-wheel drive towing vehicle. Daniel and Cherith Kennedy purchased this 164-acre farm in 2014, and Daniel's parents, Brent Rita Kennedy, purchased the 1800's era farmhouse from Daniel and Cherith a couple years later. Together, we have transformed this farm back into a working farm with hay fields, cattle, donkeys, goats, sheep, chickens and any other critters we buy or rescue. We are currently rehabilitating the 1700's era one room schoolhouse at the front corner of our land as well. This farm is full of memories, hard work, and is absolutely stunning. Your hosts on-site are Brent and Rita Kennedy, and they are famous for spoiling our guests rotten. Cabin Breazy: Situated at one of the highest points on the property, Cabin Breazy is our cozy, off-grid, dry A-frame cabin surrounded by mountain views. Farmhouse Holler: 2nd Campsite is located next to our old farmhouse on a lower section of the property. Its near the natural spring and is shaded. There are no convenient bathroom facilities at this location so it is recommended to bring your own. Reaching the porta-potty would require an extensive uphill hike or driving around to the other entrance. To reach this campsite, the driveway could be considered rough terrain so drive slowly. Lowered vehicles or those with little ground clearance are not recommended. Each campsite has a max occupancy of 2 people. If you need space for more campers, please reach out to us about how many are in your party. We can host groups with advanced notification. Overlanding vehicles are welcome. Attractions: If you are looking for birds-eye view of the area, visit the Mendota Fire Tower only 3.2 mile away. You can see it from the farm and see the farm from it. It's about a 15 minute hike from the road. You can choose the mildly challenging way up or take the old roadway for a smoother walk. Clinch River is only 20 minutes away. The property is 5.3 acres total, part of it is open former pasture land and over 1/2 of the property is forest. There is a wooden hill top area that is great for tent campers. The back side of the property is steep in some places, but it can be fun for those who want to hike and explore the mountainside.

Tri Mountain View Campground is located in the Northeast corner of Tennessee in the town of Shady Valley. With an elevation of 2,800 feet, Shady Valley is the second highest town in Tennessee. It is just 26 miles from the Bristol Raceway and the Bristol Caverns. It is just a 15 minute drive to Backbone rock and a short drive to the Appalachian Trail. The property was a Dairy Farm and went out of business in the late 90’s and since then there has been over 3,000 trees planted. Some of these trees include the rare Butternut and Hazelnut, but mostly White Pine, Walnut and Oaks. The property has approximately 1,000 feet of fishing on Beaver dam creek, so we recommend bringing waders. There is also a shower house, washer and dryer.

We're centrally located within the city limits and just minutes from anything in Bristol. During your stay at our farm, you'll get to meet our resident welcoming committee comprised of Jasper the donkey, several very friendly cows, goats, chickens, and horses. Our allocated camping area is situated on the far end of the farm and surrounded by several pole barns and an outhouse providing a sense of privacy. You're welcome to hike up through our horse pasture which leads up to an amazing view atop the hillside. (Our animals are all very social, but you would be exploring the property at your own risk of course.) We do offer elopement packages as well and can provide an officiant at no extra charge. All you'll need is a Sullivan County, TN marriage license and we can take care of the rest!

Both are accessible via trails . 15 miles from Beckley WV where you will find Walmart, chain restaurants, Tamarack and Beckley exhibition coal mine . 30 minutes from winter place ski resort. This property will only have a single site rented on it at a time and has a gate that can be locked behind you. This can be used for RV and tent camping. 1600 acres of woods surrounds the property. Extremely secluded!

We loved Stormbrew! Great site with kind hosts. We felt like part of the farm while we’re there. The dogs and cats were so friendly (we made a special bond with Esmeralda the cat—well, we felt that way at least. She might be friendly with all the visitors 😆). Also, on our last night there, our car broke down—Jenny was so kind to arrange a ride for us and also let us stay an extra night while our car was being fixed. She went above and beyond and we are so appreciative.

New driveway exit makes it very easy to simply pull in to the spot and drive straight out back onto the road!

We really enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful pull through spot. There is no cell service, so it was easy to unplug, unwind and just enjoy the cool mountain breeze and bird song. One of our favorite memories will be evenings around the fire watching lightning bugs and listening to the whip-poor-will. There are also walking paths up through the White pines and along the property. Tracy met us and helped us get set up and was so kind. This is a gem of a spot and host!

This was a peaceful, private site and my favorite in a long time. Tracy is a great guy, host, and has great firewood & beautiful woods to walk through. No internet or phone service there. I drove into town to get some online work done. Other than that it was good!

It was quiet, clean, and easy to find. I loved how convenient it was to Abingdon and the VirhiniA Creeper Trail.. it was a real plus to be able to access WiFi as I had forgotten to research a few things before arriving. We camped right by the road (in a camper) and only a couple of cars drove by.

We stayed here for 3 weeks starting in mid October and absolutely loved it! The property is beautiful especially in the fall. The trails through his property were great for hikes. Tracy is a phenomenal host and very friendly. He greeted us and helped us get set up very easily and quickly. We felt like we had a lot of privacy even with his house nearby and neighbors across the street. The property is beautiful especially in the fall and we loved hiking his trails. It was an awesome location with downtown Marion very close, Grayson Highlands State Park (wild ponies!), as well as Mt. Rogers and White Top Mtn (2 highest peaks in VA), Abingdon (cute town), and plenty of waterfall hikes nearby - we checked out Big Tumbling Creek Falls and Comer Creek Falls. Such a gorgeous area!! AND THE STARS! Also I worked remotely and starlink connection was excellent for daily zoom calls. Tracy can provide wifi if you need to use his but we didnt. Can't beat the price with full hookups. I can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back when we're in the area! Many thanks to Tracy!
