We are a Nature Retreat bordering Nature Conservancy land along a tributary and up and down the Rappahannock River. You can hike along the stream down to the river and up and down the river. You can fish and float the river. There are no trails so a moderate level of fitness and comfort in the forest is needed. You can follow the water ways but it is wilderness. Camping there is primitive but available or you can camp or glamp at Earthwalk Ways Retreat. We are also adjacent to a 50 acre farm on the other side of the creek that is available for hiking. There is a reservoir nearby as well. We are in the midst of the suburbs not far from Fredericksburg, which has some great historic and community places of interest. Our facilities are private and we only rent to one or 2 guests at a time. You can glamp in a trailer, or car camp in a nice campground with power and water or you can go primitive and pack in. All spaces include access to our classical 11 circuit labyrinth and backyard gardens where you can enjoy zen rock garden and other contemplative nature crafts. Come pitch a tent in this gorgeous three acres of lush green Forestry surrounded and nature. Start your day listening to birds chirping, with the smell of fresh Virginia Air. Not too far at the shops from Short Pump Mall, we're dining and Cinema is superb. Only 30 minutes away from Charlottesville world's famous Carter's Mountain orchard, and Thomas Jefferson's Monticello mansion. Theres also a 15 min away grocery store Food Lion, Chinese restaurant a Subway or Hardee's a gas station. Hi, I have 3 acres of land I do live on my land. I have a goats and chickens you can walk up and see. Along the woods are blackberries in the months of June and July your more than welcome to pick. There's also a park down the road 8 mins called Leakes Mill Park it's 176 acres for bike trails with a playground and soccer field. We love camping here! The bell tent is great. The camping pad/mattress was made up with pillows, sheets, and multiple blankets. There was fresh wood and kindling for the fire. The string of solar lights is a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back!

it was a pleasure to camp at the creekside cool bus! the whole experience came with ease, starting with great communication from chloe, the skoolie provided everything we needed (& more) for a cozy retreat into nature. there was plenty to explore, a gnome lined walking trail along the creek and a short drive to the state park. the campsite is isolated enough to have your own privacy but close enough to access the full bathroom. it really was the perfect place for reconnection with each other and nature.

Great site, quiet and spacious, beautiful views of the mountains. Clean restroom/shower facilities conveniently located near tent. Tent setup was very comfortable with a bed, a/c, grill, table. Quiet, and loved having the horses nearby. Glad that there was a fridge to keep perishables, and other supplies like plates, etc. Ladies room was awesome.

Beautiful property, we felt very welcomed. They set us up with some prepared firewood and wax cardboard starter to have a bonfire. We had rain throughout the evening, but the tent stayed 100% dry in our comfy bed. Perfect stopover for our road-trip.

Weekend Trip to Creekside Cool Bus
This is a unique place to stay with lots to do all around it. The bus was well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a peaceful quiet vacation or long weekend. Hosts were excellent and very friendly! The property and creek were fun to explore. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning.

This is a beautiful farm. The setting was very peaceful. It was really cool having access to a full kitchen within just a few steps. The showers and restrooms were clean and convenient! As it ended up being near record breaking temps during our stay- our host Tina had the AC running in the tent, ahead of our arrival to help cool it down a bit. We look forward to visiting Wolftrap Farm during the fall season!

Very cute tiny home on a secluded home. There is no running water or bathroom so you need to bring supplies, but it was perfect for what I needed. I like that it was screened in and I had no issue with any bugs. The owners property is in front of the tiny home but the property is very peaceful.

The rental space and land were both beautiful. We couldn’t see another house from the rental - it looked out onto trees, a field, and well maintained grassy space that we and our dog enjoyed! The house was perfect for our group and the hosts very responsive. We would 100% stay again!
