Located on private gravel lane, approximately 1/2 mile off county road. Either corn or soybeans with a woods backdrop. Secluded and private, yet 25 minutes to downtown Annapolis, 10 minutes to the Bay, great for cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking all 10/15 minutes from farm. DC 45 minutes, Baltimore 1 hour. Jug Bay wetlands, wineries, fun little waterfront towns and Bay front restaurants all within easy reach. Check out individual sites for description, each has its own personality. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. First listing actually has several options. For large campers/coach/fifth wheelers the area by the tractor shed will be the best. Around the corner there's two other choices both with firepits which will accommodate units up to 40 feet depending on your backing/maneuvering skills. Randy and Carol are awesome. This is my 3rd stay on their property. I would return and will return. The lot is spacious and easy to get a 38 foot 5th wheel into.

This site is named after the wooden table it has bear claw marks on it from one of our local black bears who visit occasionally.

Our third fall stay at the "Roost." We always love the privacy (just the one site), the animals (got to feed two sweet goats), and the golden hour/sunsets. Also, it is a great location - this time we checked out Antietam Battlefield, Potomac Ridge Brewing, and South Mountain Creamery.

What a great find in Anne Arundel County. This is a beautiful and well maintained property and only 40 minutes from my front door. Site 1 was spacious and had room for two trucks and tents. Communication was great and Randy provided easy to follow directions. We will be back for sure!

It was a very private grassy campsite and easy to find. There were no issues with crowing roosters. West left a good bit of firewood for the chilly night and two jugs of water. There was lots of space to walk off-leash with the dog towards the back of the property.

We arrived later in the evening than we had initially planned due to heavy traffic and construction on the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Randy was super accommodating and helpful and waited for us to arrive to direct us to our site.

We had a great two-night stay in our 13 foot travel trailer here. We were at site #1 and chose the spot furthest back and it was perfect for us. I’m not an expert with the trailer but was able to position on a flat spot at Randy’s recommendation that gave us a nice view of the cornfields. It was very peaceful, we put the fire pits to use, and had a wonderful stay. It’s pretty local for us and we definitely would stay again.

We used this site as a way to test drive some updates made to our RV, and the area was super private, the amenities all worked perfectly, and the host was super helpful and communicative with any questions throughout the stay! The pool was also an awesome touch given the July heat. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if needed!

Great place , Randy & Carol are brilliant host's . Campsite is so quiet & very close to nearby aminatiys, this is my 4th or 5th stay here ,as it is very close to the marina in deale, so convenient. Randy will give you perfect directions , if your looking for off the grid a little , then this is the place for you.
