Secluded Stream side Yurt.
A couple miles from Jay Peak ski hill is this little abode I erected in 2022. If you’re looking for the basics without all the accoutrements, a stay at Fort Llatikcuf might be your jam. There’s a water source (a clean and clear stream) and a wood stove for heat (wood is on you), along with a bucket and trash bags for your sanitary needs (haul-out yourself or don’t use it and figure that part out yourself).
You will be secluded, minus the grouse and the nice (which occasionally visit).
It’s a great spot at a great price. Please respect the land, stream and the ethic of the place. It’s quite special.
