The wagon was adorable! We were worried it might be too cold, but there was a small space heater that kept us toasty with lows of ~25F. There was also an air conditioner that we didn’t use. The drive to this place is just wonderful! Easy check in with clear instructions. Bathrooms are super clean! Cute little outdoor community space that's next to the game room. We only stayed a night but wished it was for 2. We played card games and watched a movie then passed out! The night sky was starry with a bit of clouds and the full moon lighting up the night! Loved this place!

We loved our stay! Great location. We were in room 34 directly across from the restrooms and showers. The room was very comfortable, and the land was beautiful, very spacious and clean. The Mountain view’s were spectacular. We had a fire in the fire pit the night we were there, it was so cozy on a chilly night. Colby was fantastic, very helpful and extremely easy to reach. I would highly recommend Bryce Canton Shadows campground for stay!

We stayed in one of the cabins, extremely pleasant, checkin is fully self serve, so late arrival is no issue. The campground is less than 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park, which was our long weekend destination. Every unit has its own firepit in front, and AC (surprisingly, heating was no issue even though nighttime temperatures were down to the 40s, guess the buildings store the daytime heat well). There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and some basic dishes. It's a good idea to bring your own frying pan and maybe plastic utensils, cooking spray, etc, if you want to make sure you have what you need for somewhat more complex projects. Otherwise, you'll have everything you would have in a hotel room, plus the glamping part. There are shower & bathroom stalls, which are roomy, we'll ventilated, and extremely clean, better than most budget hotel showers. Nice touch: free coffee (there is a coffee maker with filters, sugar, and creamer provided, and you'll have to make your own pot). Generally, the place never felt crowded, even though it was labor day weekend.

The entire property is spotless—easily the cleanest facilities we’ve seen on the road. The showers, restrooms, and laundry were immaculate, and the amenities are top-notch: fast Wi-Fi, private showers, a well-kept dog park, shady picnic areas, and beautiful landscaping. What really made our visit exceptional was Ben. When we had a mechanical failure, he went out of his way to help us—far beyond what we expected. His kindness and support turned a stressful moment into a manageable one, and we’re incredibly grateful. This park is a gem—quiet, clean, and close to incredible hiking and scenic drives. Highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely be back!

Jen’s sheep farm glamping set up is the perfect place to get away from it all, without feeling like you’re in the middle of nowhere when it comes to things you need. The set up is perfect. The bed is comfortable, her communication was great, it’s private with a stunning backdrop, and has everything you need! She did such a great job with the cooking set up, as well as the shower and bathroom facilities. We stayed here while spending a bit of time in Zion it’s about a 40 minute drive to the park entrance, so it was perfect I hope to come back again and again!

Lovely area, plenty of space. Turf area in the middle and picnic tables for guest use. Some games like giant Jenga, table tennis and air hockey. Check in and check out was easy and I highly recommend this for a fun, affordable spot to hangout. Cabin itself was great, mini fridge and microwave included. Tent sites are available to enjoy the beautiful Utah outdoor scenery and night sky filled with a nightly celestial show. For the Equestrian-enthusiast we have horse corrals to use during your riding adventure along the vast BLM lands that start just outside our gate. Additionally, you can explore or ride your ATV’s into the mountains straight from the resort or ride the 40-acres of land that starts just outside our gate. If you are just passing through, we offer quality Sinclair Gasoline 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. The resort cannot be responsible for loss or theft. •The resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting in or around resort. •No washing cars, ATV’s or RV’s is allowed on property •Quiet Times are from 10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M. •Garbage – Guest are responsible to pick up all their garbage and dump it in out campground dumpster located on the east end of the campground. •Please ask front desk if you have any questions. •Please do not park on grass or in vacant spots. •No removal or cutting of any trees, plants, or natural materials. •Use of firearms, archery, or any type of weapon is prohibited. •No FIREWORKS are allowed in the park. •Please do not walk through neighbor’s campsite. •5 MPH Speed Limit. •No major repairs, oil changing or radiator flushing may be done on property. • Fires are only allowed in our approved fire pits. Tents and all flammable items must be kept at least six (6) feet away from the fire pit. •No smoking in any building – complying with the Utah Clean Air Act. •All guest shall remove all personal property, debris and litter prior to departing their site. •If you do not occupy your reserved campsite by 10:00 A.M. on the following day of you scheduled arrival date, the site will be made available to public. •Disclaimer: Management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations at any time.
