We are located in Cane Beds, AZ (2 miles from Utah) in the middle of a beautiful desert and sandstone rock countryside. Chill out in our glamp ground with fellow adventure lovers and nomads. Head to Zion through the secret locals cut through. (40 mins to Springdale and epic views). We offer one of the coolest, safest, cleanest and most popular boutique campgrounds in the region. LGBTQ, BIPOC, Woman and family friendly! YES, We are dog friendly. PLEASE ADD YOUR 4 LEGGED FRIEND ON TO RESERVATION. We charge a $15 fee for doggies. Hi my name is Christina, your on-site host, and I am so excited to have the opportunity to host you at our one-of-a-kind glamping site! We're located 40 min from Kanab, 50 min from Zion National Park and 2 hours from Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon National Park and Page, AZ. We're on 7 acres of land (all accomodations are on ~2 acres of the land) in a very rural town but please note, we do have neighbors on both sides- one of which have cows, roosters and horses. We have 3 glamping tents and 1 tiny cabin on-site (all of which are available for booking) along with a few shared spaces amongst guests: 2 covered grilling areas, a centralized fire pit and an indoor bathhouse. We are currently in the process of adding 2 more accommodations, a silo and a cave, that will be available by Summer 2024. Each glamping tent and cabin is about 30 yards apart from one another. We provide all linens and towels for guests, AC/Heater units and hot/cold water year-round. We're located at the border of Utah and Arizona in Cane Beds, AZ. It's a very isolated area with 2-3 dining options and a large full-sized grocery store (Bee's Marketplace) less than 10 minutes away! Cane Beds, Arizona has beautiful sandstone formations & attractions such as nearby Water Canyon Trailhead, Gooseberry Mesa and Maxwell Park. The terrain is very similar to Zion National Park. This region is especially known for hiking, mountain biking and ATV trails. We're also conveniently located 40 min from Kanab, which is a town full of trails and hikes with a ton of great stops on the way (Paria Townsite, The Toadstools, Wirepass to Buckskin Gulch, The Wave, Grand Staircase Escalante). The old Spanish trail can be found nearby for hiking and/or biking and there are mountains and cool wildlife all around in the valley. The stars all pop completely present with no light pollution to spoil them. Additionally, Southern Utah has so many other trails and beautiful places all over in almost any direction. Zion National Park is only a little over an hour drive away down I-15. I highly recommend Kanarraville Falls as well, as it's at most only 30 minutes away. *** Getting to the property: It is directly off of the "main" road which consists of a well kept wide dirt road. The GPS location will guide you straight there to an intersecting road with a stop sign called 1200 E which runs south the "main" road/4800 N/AKA Antelope Springs Rd. At this intersection, there is a trail running north marked with an orange post for fiber cable. That trail and road marks the bottom left corner of the property if you're facing north. Follow the trail and find your way anywhere on the right side, there are already some campsites made up, but you are also welcome to make your own to your hearts desire. Be mindful of your vehicle, cars can drive the trail but there is always a risk of getting stuck. You can also park on the main road as you are already at the property anyway and can just walk in a little ways to set up your camp. **It's important to be aware of any fire warnings for Iron County, Utah. Do a Google search for fire threats and it should be the first thing you see. Most of the time, large bonfires will be highly discouraged. Use good judgment when building a fire of any size. *Cedar City is a straight shot East if you need any medical attention.

This space is a beautiful, modern 2020, Grey tones, 2 bed and 1 bath camper. The master bedroom is nice and cozy with some pretty great clothes storage and views to the North and the West. The master bathroom has a Shower, a toilet and a sink. The dual washer and dryer is also located in the master bath. The kitchen is very cozy with a way to cook, refrigerate and clean. The dinning room consists of some awesome views with a 4 person table. Living room is two retractable chairs. There is a nice loft above the bunk room that, with some childish ways can be accessed up a steep ladder. In the back, there is a private bunk room with some storage under lower bunk bed and as you walk into the room to right is some cupboards. This room does have its own access to the outside. All together this place makes for an awesome glamping experience.

The pictures are from around the property so book Mountain View 4-9 for up front closer to highway or Outback Desert garden mountain view 1-5 for outback away from the road. We are located in Cane Beds, AZ (2 miles from Utah) in the middle of a beautiful desert and sandstone rock countryside. Chill out in our glamp ground with fellow adventure lovers and nomads. Head to Zion through the secret locals cut through. (40 mins to Springdale and epic views). We offer one of the coolest, safest, cleanest and most popular boutique campgrounds in the region. LGBTQ, BIPOC, Woman and family friendly! YES, We are dog friendly. PLEASE ADD YOUR 4 LEGGED FRIEND ON TO RESERVATION. We charge a $15 fee for doggies. This helps us clean up the campsite from dog wear and tear (hole digging, peeing on things, picking up doo doo, washing linens, etc). We have shade structures, a BBQ area, a propane firepit (no wood fires in summer please! too dry). Great restaurant and food options nearby. No need to bring anything. Grocery store down the street with everything. Fresh local veggies, fruits, eggs and more in season. Saturday market seasonally also nearby. We have a hot tub!!!! $5 per use per person. MUST RESERVE THERE IS A BOARD AT THE TUB TO WRITE NAME ON. 30 minutes please so that others have a chance to tub too! Propane is a $5 per use additional fee daily if you want to use the gas firepit or the BBQ. Hot tub is $5 per person per use. Land Beyond Zion is available for group rentals and great if you are trying to plan a camp out with numerous people, but struggling to find a campground that will accommodate. We are not an RV park but can accommodate some smaller rigs, so reach out to us if you are interested in staying. We have room for a skoolie if it's the right size! Up to 24-26 feet vans and skoolies. Inquire if your rig is bigger. DOG OWNERS THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! If you have a dog we ask that you please keep it leashed and near you at all times.
