Nearby attractions: 1.5 miles to Camp Floyd/Stagecoach Inn State Park, (on the Pony Express trail), 4.5 miles to 5 Mile Pass OHV recreation area, 3.8 miles to Firefly wheels park (bicycle pump track, skate park, pickleball court and down hill bike trails).

As you stroll these quiet tree-lined roads, you will discover horses, alpacas, chickens, and many other friendly RVers. With towering mountain views and golden sunsets, you will feel the campground vibes you are used to. Where we are, the pace is slow. We usually wake up to horse whinnies and fresh eggs from our chickens. Your friendly dogs and horses are welcome too. We have a paddock, terrace, firepit and some of the best mountain views in the valley. The site can accommodate up to 40ft, with additional with road parking for tow/toad vehicles. The site is mostly shaded, but also has clear skies for a Starlink. In the summer, the site is 5 minutes to mountain trails, 5 minutes to an equestrian trail area, 10 minutes to an epic mountain biking single track area, 18 minutes to Snowbird for tram rides to the top of the Wasatch, summer concerts and Oktoberfest. In the winter, you have 7 ski resorts to choose from, skiing on arguably the 'greatest snow on earth'. With Alta only 22 minutes away, you can ski one of three ski-only resorts in the world. Or, choose boarding at the fun-filled terrain park of Brighton. Park City is the largest resort in the USA and is only 45 minutes away. For city amenities, Sandy has everything. Multiple RV suppliers and repair shops, tire shops, and all the equipment stores you would ever need, including an REI. We have grocery stores from Trader Joe's down the street, to a Kroger a couple of minutes away and a Wholefoods 15min away. Sandy has many great family restaurants and coffee shops and is only a short drive (or light-rail ride) into downtown Salt Lake City which is packed with world-class cuisine and entertainment. Sandy is home to Utah's hockey team and soccer teams, a training center for the Utah Jazz and a beautiful new Theatre with Broadway shows playing regularly. I loved the bed. That sounds so weird but it's like sleeping on a cloud. The host is great. Such a sweetheart. So cute. We had a great time. The treetop is the one I'd choose. The pics don't do it justice. We will be back. Aspen is so spacious. The only thing was the showers weren't up and running but it was late in the year!!

What a beautiful experience. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The weather was perfectly crisp and fall-like, and Lynnellen made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She shared fresh vegetables from her garden and repeatedly encouraged us to make ourselves comfortable, and we truly felt like we could. Each morning, she made us breakfast that left our bellies happy and full, and Sunday dinner was incredibly nourishing. The conversations we shared were filled with warmth and sincerity. You can tell Lynnellen is someone full of love and joy who genuinely wants to share it with others, and you can see that same spirit reflected in the people passing through her home. If you’re looking for a place that radiates community, love, and connection, this is it. Our hearts feel very full after just two days here. Highly recommended and if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Lynnellen!

Long time Bed and Breakfast operation. They are a loving and generous family on a beautiful property. They share with you their magestic views of nature on this well loved place. They will welcome you into their home and ask that you make yourself comfortable. This magical spot has it all; a lively garden with chickens, song birds, dazzling sun rises and glorious sun sets. Finally, there are wonderful opportunities to tour the local mountains! We definitely would like to stay there again.

The Glamping Tent itself exceeded my expectations for sure. It was very clean, extremely cute, very quiet (which is what i was looking for most), and private. Mrs. Lynn makes you feel very at home. It's a cozy little site, very quiet, next to a murmuring creek and a narrow footpath higher up into the beautiful nature where you can get wide views over the surrounding landscape. The host is very friendly, introduces you to the technical details and helps backing in the RV. Site is level, gravelled, between low trees/brushes. Can get cold in the night, even in August! :-)
