Our Fire Pit is open to all guests. The wood is provided. There are BBQ Grills, Dutch Ovens, so you can cook out doors. The Outdoor hot water shower offers a place to cool down in summer heat... Water is always hot with our tankless water heater...
We plant and tend vegetable gardens for our guests to share in the harvest. We plant Huggle Mounds in the spring... as well as grapes and assorted fruit trees...
You are welcome to walk our Labyrinth. You are free to wander the fields, gardens and orchards. When the garden is in bloom, help yourself...
Most sites have air conditions or fans, as well as heaters in season. 110 power is at each site...
We have a Grumpy Dragon Cafe outside with a help yourself breakfast bar. Picnic tables are provided at tent sites and at the Grumpy Dragon. WIFI is available at the Grumpy Dragon as well as at your camp site...

The property is laid out with the perfect mix of shade and playful spaces. Our stay in the Boho tent was a good choice as it allowed us to view a perfect sunset!

Loved staying at Lynnellen’s Hipcamp so much that we extended our stay by two more nights mid-trip.
She personally greets you, walks you through everything, and has created an incredibly thoughtful setup for travelers. In the evenings, she puts out sandwich fixings and keeps a fridge stocked with water bottles you can grab for your tent. Inside, there’s iced tea, ice, hot cocoa, and other small touches that make a big difference.
Each camping space feels private while still being comfortable and well-equipped with real beds, clean sheets, power, and lighting. She even set out a telescope so guests can take in the night sky.
Mornings shift into a bed-and-breakfast experience. Everyone gathers at a long table, talking and connecting, while Lynnellen cooks whatever you’re craving. There are around 20 hot cocoa flavors to choose from, which my daughter loved. She is an excellent cook and genuinely kind.
There’s also a huge garden where you can pick fresh vegetables for a snack.
What started as a simple place to sleep turned into one of the most memorable parts of our trip. It felt less like a campsite and more like a community. One camper even asked to take a photo with her, which says a lot. She also gave me great advice, and my daughter absolutely adored her.

Love camping on this property the tent was lovely and set up for everything and more. The host stayed up very late to let us come stay with a last minute notice from our road trip. We stayed on the way to our destination and on the way back. We had to leave early each time so we didn’t have time to stay for the homemade breakfast but there was food set out the first stay in the morning, for early risers which we appreciated. Loved seeing the animals around and walking around the property. Thank you!

Staying here was such a pleasure. Lynnellen was so kind to my kids and I. It honestly felt like we were visiting a family member’s house.
The feel is sort of like staying at a bnb, but there are amazing tents out back. I was not expecting breakfast and all the magnificent bonuses, but was so grateful. We will be back.

We spent two nights there for my birthday with our dog and loved it! Lynnellen is definitely made for this. She was super friendly and obliging, and didn’t murder us for getting some candle wax on her rug in the tent lol so fives all around! We came early in the season so the outdoor shower wasn’t open but we had access to showers inside the house, so it all worked out! Not much firewood, but that’s not a deal breaker by any means, and there was plenty of kindling all around the yard. The swings were great and we mainly just relaxed the whole time! The outhouse was right next to us and was very clean. It was pretty cold and windy so we had a lot of fun bundling up in the tent with the heated blanket :)

I loved the bed. That sounds so weird but it's like sleeping on a cloud. The host is great. Such a sweetheart. So cute. We had a great time. The treetop is the one I'd choose. The pics don't do it justice. We will be back. Aspen is so spacious. The only thing was the showers weren't up and running but it was late in the year!!

The Glamping Tent itself exceeded my expectations for sure. It was very clean, extremely cute, very quiet (which is what i was looking for most), and private. Mrs. Lynn makes you feel very at home. Truly one of the most wonderful homes and people we've encountered. Lynn is an exceptional host, allowing you to have as much space or community as you'd like. I felt like we were visiting a beloved Aunt! The main house is full of life and art and books, you're encouraged to politely make yourself at home. Lynn was available for anything we needed and her conversation left our souls feeling nourished. The home and property are a working creation: mound gardens being built, meals being prepared, and creative beauty happening all around! The animals are happy and healthy, as are the people, we got to meet a few helpers and Lynn's kind son. We stayed in the Boho bell tent and slept incredibly well, heated blanket and everything else you might need was thoughtfully provided. If you need anything, just ask, Lynn's only a text or phone call away or found tending to the kitchen or caring for a person/animal/plant. Thank you for everything!!

We had an excellent 3-and-a-half-day stay at this campsite, and it was really a 5-star experience. From the start, Lynnellen was extremely attentive, she made the effort to check in with us every night to ensure we had everything we needed, quickly answering every call and problem, and going out of her way to assist us during our stay.
The hospitality exceeded expectations. The homemade breakfasts were amazing and a thoughtful touch every morning. The assistance with laundry and other little tasks made everything much more convenient and comfortable.
You can sense how much care and attention goes into running the place. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for. We're already planning to return and would highly suggest this campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed, and welcoming experience.

Such a unique little stop! Our tent was comfortable and clean, Lynnellen was so kind and accommodating, and the outdoor shower was a delightful bonus. We were on a road trip so we weren't set up the best for not being able to park right at the campsite, but the walk is very short and it wasn't a huge deal. The sites are close to one another, however, we ended up being the only ones there so it was quiet and private for us. Lynnellen has so many different offerings for you when you are there, it is sure to please every type of camper!

Lynn was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, would stop her busy day to answer questions or ask if you need anything, and opened nearly her whole home as well as everything outside. You can tell she takes great pride in her home and area & it she seems to constantly be making improvements. We will for sure be back!
The sunsets were beautiful from the farthest point of her backyard, where a fun:unique community fire pit area is placed. The cows were friendly haha and the trees she’s planted are beautiful & not the typical UT trees. I also loved the swings that can be fun for adults as well.
Our second night there a storm was blowing in, though it never rained, the wind gusts were over 20mph and our yurt was extremely comfortable and we could hardly tell from inside the wind was so strong outside.
