This land has been in our family for four generations to graze our herd of sheep. We renovated our camps to provide a comfortable glamping space to those who want a one-of-a-kind experience in the backcountry. One of our best features is the solitude and exposure to Mother Nature. Here, you won't find quiet hours, disruptive campers, or noise and light pollution. These sites provide the ultimate experience for those willing to go off the grid, off the main road, and into the backcountry. I am so pleased we found this great place! The Orchards at Kolob RV Resort exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds are immaculate, with an impressive level of cleanliness throughout the property. The amenities are top-notch—especially the bathrooms, which are among the nicest we’ve seen at any RV park. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring Zion National Park’s Kolob Canyons, and the surrounding views are absolutely stunning. Our site was spacious, level, and well-maintained, with plenty of room even for larger rigs. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the customer service. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated RV resort with fantastic service, this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

1 night at Burger Barn Camp Out

We had such a great stay at Burger Barn! The site was really nice—clean, peaceful, and had full hookups, which made everything convenient. The location is perfect—a short drive to Bryce Canyon National Park and really close to the lake, so there’s plenty to do nearby. Ashlee and her husband Ahmad were incredibly kind and welcoming. They run the restaurant, but she was there to help us check-in and made sure we could find her if we needed anything. The food at Burger Barn was amazing and we ate there quite a few times during our stay. They sometimes have live music on the weekends, which we really enjoyed. In front is a really cute gift shop/boutique that has a variety if products -- freshly baked bread, apparel, candles, stickers, etc. We loved finding a few things to take home here. (There's also a general store that's right next door.) Would definitely come back again—thanks so much for the hospitality!

We stayed at the Orchard's for 2 weeks in our 44ft toyhauler. It is a nice place to stay if visiting Zion or Kolob Canyon (very close). The staff is very friendly and the park feels private. They have a great patio area with fire pit and lounge area on the clubhouse. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Jen’s sheep farm glamping set up is the perfect place to get away from it all, without feeling like you’re in the middle of nowhere when it comes to things you need. The set up is perfect. The bed is comfortable, her communication was great, it’s private with a stunning backdrop, and has everything you need! She did such a great job with the cooking set up, as well as the shower and bathroom facilities. We stayed here while spending a bit of time in Zion it’s about a 40 minute drive to the park entrance, so it was perfect I hope to come back again and again!

Sold everything we owned bought a Class A 38’ RV. Drove it once and we were hooked. Been at Burger Barn spot one 9 days ( GREAT) staff, food, peoples, and black dog. Time to move ion soon can’t live here 4ever HaHa. Highly recommended Burger Barn, but time to leave the nest to our second spot ever; I bet within a 9 mile radius of here only (baby steps). We had a great time camping at the Burger Barn, the location is beautiful. Ashlee and her family were very nice and friendly. We camped in an RV and had full hook ups, Very convenient to Panguitch Lake. The food at the Burger Barn was really good too, save some room for a great meal!
