Hello, and welcome to my private horse hobby ranch. My family has lived in Southern Utah for over 26 years. This property is within only a couple miles of the Three Peaks Recreation area near Cedar City, Utah. Three Peaks offers mountain bike trails, hiking, free day use campfire sites, an RC track, ATV and OHV trails, campgrounds, and an equestrian obstacle course and trailheads. Nearby is the county shooting range as well. Cedar City is home to many more hiking, biking and equestrian trails all within a 10 - 30 min drive away. Bryce Canyon National park is only a 1 hour’s drive away. Zion’s national park is only a 1 1/2 hour’s drive away. Cedar canyon is only a 20 min drive away and boasts beautiful canyons with evergreen trees, aspens, ponds, trails, and waterfalls. Cedar Breaks National Park is only a 20-30 min drive away with spectacular rock cliffs and overlooks. Brianhead ski and mountain bike resort is also only a 30 min drive away. This is a central location with endless possibilities to go exploring the amazing outdoors. This is a private residential property in a neighborhood with lot sizes ranging from 1 to 10 acres. There is only one RV site so it’s much quieter than a public campground. The driveway area circles around the private home so it is easy to pull your RV through to the RV pad/spot. Please realize your respect to this property and neighborhood is of utmost importance. There are neighbors with cows, geese, chickens, goats, dogs and pigs so realize it’s not as quiet as some places but still more private than many public venues. We also respect you, so please look at pictures and read descriptions. I am happy to answer any questions before you book. There is only one RV site here. You could put a tent up in the dirt but I don’t recommend it as I can’t imagine it would be very comfortable. There are horses in corrals, my people and dog friendly dog is off-leash, and there are 5 barn cats who roam free on the property (2 of which are as friendly as dogs). All persons staying on the property will need to sign a liability waiver since it is a horse property and horses are present. My horses aren’t offered for riding but ask about other ways you can interact with them if you desire. At no additional cost you can help care for them, brush them, and learn a few fun facts about them. For a fee you can get guided experiences with them on the ground (not in the saddle), do breath work sessions with them, and learn basic horsemanship skills.

Rachel has a great site near Cedar City that is very level and accommodated our 43' fifth wheel without any problem. She has updated the site to have full hookups, including 50 amp electrical. While here, we enjoyed mountain bike riding at Iron Hills and Three Peaks (only 5 miles away...). We also explored Cedar City a bit. We'll be back in the future, and would absolutely stay here again. I think we got the best of seven sites…#5 sits right on the edge of the pond under a tree with a bench facing the water’s edge. The pavilion and bathrooms are both within a short walk and the fire ring was perfect for early October mornings and evenings. Highway 89 is somewhat close so you can still be reminded that civilization is close by but not enough to matter for us. We chose to leave our site early because Mother Nature decided to throw rain, wind, thunder and lightning nearly every night of our stay. Sometimes the lightning and thunder was simultaneous meaning it was about a mile away. We will return because the facility is great and situated between Blyth and Zion, our two favorite National Parks. Thank you Beth & Jeremy for creating such a beautiful camping experience.

Beautiful property and camp sights, the amenities were immaculate and we had lots of fun playing with the water toys. Very quiet even with being close to the hwy and Zion national park, in fact the only noise we really heard and interaction we had was with a very sweet horse that wanted to say hi. 10/10 would recommend!!
