Off-grid cozy mountain HEIDOUT! Limited tents & RVs allowed. Cute, cozy off-grid rustic little cabin in the trees up by Brian Head, in Southern Utah.This spot would work for a family reunion or small girls camp (with tents/RV) with max capacity of about 20 people. Cabin info ($99/night + $69 cleaning fee): This cabin is a cozy 744 square feet. It's off-grid, but we have a 500 gallon water system, an electric start generator, and a propane tank. We hope to also get some solar power up there soon! It's 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a loft. Max capacity of 8 people (all-new bedroom mattresses as of 2024): 2 in bedroom on full-sized mattress 2 on full-sized pull-out bed in living room area 2 on north side of loft on queen-sized mattress (loft ladder not recommended for those over 75) 2 on south side of loft on full-sized mattress (loft ladder not recommended for those over 75) There is a front deck and a large back deck, where multiple tables can be set up for eating. There is also a full outdoor kitchen. This cabin would also be great as a fishing/hunting base camp - Mammoth Creek, Lowder Ponds, Panguitch Lake, and more are all close! Extra info: There are places for 3-4 tents ($20/tent/night), and 1-2 RVs ($35/RV/night)

Anasazi Palms Rv park is an all-VIP large lot park. Each campsite is 40' wide by 85' deep and come with 50/30/20amp RV and water hookups. Sewage drain is conveniently near the power pedestal. Each spot has a concrete parking pad for two personal vehicles. The larger VIP + spots have a 10x30 front porch pad as well. All sites have incredible Arizona strip mountain views. Learn more about this land: Camp with the stars and magnificent views of Cedar City. You will be about 3 miles from 3 Peaks Recreation and biking area. There are biking trails near the property that you can hop right on. Lund Trail and Three Peaks are both really close. We are 15 minutes from Wal-mart, Panda, Cafe Rio and other businesses. Near Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and other great outdoor activities. The property has a gentle slope of about 7 feet down to the east over about 200 feet. It is rocky and sandy desert. You will want to bring water. Absolutely beautiful off grid cabin the perfect distance from the national parks with some beautiful national forest to explore right around the cabin! The hosts are amazing and will make sure you're set up for your time in their heidout!

The four of us (Me, my fiance + 2 dogs) loved staying at Cody’s property. Having a large fenced in yard for our pups was amazing, not to mention an extremely well furnished home. Cody is an amazing host and even came by to check on things when I mentioned the wifi was down. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in Hurricane!
