Our 5 Bedroom cabin sleeps 13 and has plenty of room for your family and friends, including a fully renovated kitchen with new appliances, a private yard with a grill and fire pit. Next door is a rec room with a pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey. As you would expect, we have free wi-fi and smart TVs.
Our latest addition! A "cowboy cabin" is a simple cabin somewhere between camping and a hotel room. Ours has electricity, heat and AC, a bunk bed that can sleep 3, mini fridge, microwave and wall mounted TV. Like most cowboy cabins, it does not have its own plumbing, but our famously clean private restrooms with showers are just a 50ft walk.
This is the perfect get a way to hold your next family reunion or special event! We welcome events on property and for a small fee can rent out our community spaces while you are a guest here.

There is very little light pollution making the night sky dazzling and unforgettable.

Boom, easy explanation. Now, on to the good stuff. In Utah, the St. George Field Office manages around 629,000 acres of land in Washington County. The environment out here is pretty dang unique, because it’s situated at the convergence of the Mojave Desert, the Great Basin, and the Colorado Plateau. Some plants and animals can only be found here in this unique area. Because it’s such a one-of-a-kind spot, the recreation opportunities are just as awesome. The BLM’s website describes them as “as diverse and challenging as the desert landscape.” We’ll raise a glass (or a tin camp mug) to that description! Easy sightseeing is an option, and hiking is another favorite activity for all levels. Mountain biking, rock climbing, and even canyoneering are all excellent ways to spend your time around St. George, too.

Do not tie your dog to electrical boxes or water hookups. Barking dogs may be unpleasant to your campground neighbors, do not leave your dog tied up unattended or barking. Our park is located right next to BLM land with miles and miles of trails, perfect for an adventure with you and your furry family. •No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. No alcohol allowed in building at any time. No alcohol on trails or in any motor vehicle.

•Do not move fire pits.
•Please secure your own valuables. The resort cannot be responsible for loss or theft.
•The resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting in or around resort.
•No washing cars, ATV’s or RV’s is allowed on property
•Quiet Times are from 10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.
•Garbage – Guest are responsible to pick up all their garbage and dump it in out campground dumpster located on the east end of the campground. •Please ask front desk if you have any questions.
•Please do not park on grass or in vacant spots.
•No removal or cutting of any trees, plants, or natural materials.
•Use of firearms, archery, or any type of weapon is prohibited.
•No FIREWORKS are allowed in the park.
•Please do not walk through neighbor’s campsite.
•5 MPH Speed Limit.
•No major repairs, oil changing or radiator flushing may be done on property.
• Fires are only allowed in our approved fire pits. Tents and all flammable items must be kept at least six (6) feet away from the fire pit.
•No smoking in any building – complying with the Utah Clean Air Act.
•All guest shall remove all personal property, debris and litter prior to departing their site.
•If you do not occupy your reserved campsite by 10:00 A.M. on the following day of you scheduled arrival date, the site will be made available to public.
•Disclaimer: Management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations at any time. Bear Valley RV & Campground Resort will not be held responsible for loss, damages or claims for damages to property or guest due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. Our 5 Bedroom cabin sleeps 13 and has plenty of room for your family and friends, including a fully renovated kitchen with new appliances, a private yard with a grill and fire pit. Next door is a rec room with a pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey. As you would expect, we have free wi-fi and smart TVs.
Our latest addition! A "cowboy cabin" is a simple cabin somewhere between camping and a hotel room. Ours has electricity, heat and AC, a bunk bed that can sleep 3, mini fridge, microwave and wall mounted TV. Like most cowboy cabins, it does not have its own plumbing, but our famously clean private restrooms with showers are just a 50ft walk.

Boom, easy explanation. Now, on to the good stuff. In Utah, the St. George Field Office manages around 629,000 acres of land in Washington County. The environment out here is pretty dang unique, because it’s situated at the convergence of the Mojave Desert, the Great Basin, and the Colorado Plateau. •No major repairs, oil changing or radiator flushing may be done on property.
• Fires are only allowed in our approved fire pits. Tents and all flammable items must be kept at least six (6) feet away from the fire pit.
•No smoking in any building – complying with the Utah Clean Air Act.
•All guest shall remove all personal property, debris and litter prior to departing their site.
•If you do not occupy your reserved campsite by 10:00 A.M. on the following day of you scheduled arrival date, the site will be made available to public.

Location was amazing and the views were so incredible!! we were lucky enough to have the entire site all to ourselves and could explore around in the morning after spending the night. The spots seemed pretty close to each other and curious what the experience would be like during peak times but we had a blast during the off season!

Awesome experience. Early winter Monday night. Only one other camper around. Beautiful views. Easy access (I have front wheel drive only). Grazing cows very nearby was a unique and enjoyable experience. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The staff at the campground were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The RV sites were very clean, and the shared facilities—such as the showers, BBQ grills, and hot tubs—were all well maintained, making our stay very comfortable.
There was also a supermarket, a hardware store, and a gas station just a two-minute drive away, which was very convenient.

Wow… what a spot. Probably the coolest spot I’ve ever camped. I love that There aren’t designated spots, there are just random fire pits and Porta potties sprinkled around the land. You basically just pick wherever you want to camp.

Weekend Trip to Zion View Campsite

Beautiful views and isolated out of the way camping. The road was rough but not difficult. All kinds of vehicles, campers, vans, cars etc on the land all. Lots of space to separate and enjoy nature.

While I would recommend this park, it is for sale and down about a 2 mile dirt road. Of our 3 night stay, there was only one other camper for 2 nights.
The park was well maintained with level, spacious sites. Each site had a nice fire pit and picnic table.
There were no amenities - no office, no camp host, no showers and toilets.
