Guests can gather around the large communal firepit, enjoy games like tetherball, volleyball, and horseshoes, or relax in the open field with a frisbee or a couple portable disc golf baskets. Trails wind throughout the property, including a small creek and endless opportunities to explore. The trailhead is located just south of Site A.
We’re conveniently located just a few miles from Tyler State Park, where you can swim, bike, or rent paddleboats, and the Caldwell Zoo, known as one of the best small zoos in Texas. Shopping, museums, and great food are close by, along with unique stops in nearby Lindale—like Miranda Lambert’s Pink Pistol boutique.

We're happy that we can open up our land for campers. Before booking please read the following information and site descriptions. You can enjoy wooded walking paths in the 90-acre forest and pastures, ponds and wildlife, including deer, wild hogs, hawks, owls, roadrunners, doves, cardinals, jays, woodpeckers, mockingbirds, and many other species of birds. Small mammals such as armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels are often seen, and the property is also awesome for stargazing. Please watch out for snakes, scorpions, pesky mosquitoes, chiggers and ticks. Weekend Trip to Seven Acres Campground
This stay was as described plus some! Most importantly for me is always having my coffee and there's a cute little cabin "tea house" with a kitchen for long stay use plus coffee, tea, and snacks. It was adorable and quite a surprise because the listing said a coffee maker was in the laundry room. Untrue and should be updated to reflect how cute the standalone "tea house" really is! The bathhouse should really be called luxury bath cabin. It is really nice, very clean, and just steps from the cabin I stayed in. It's shared among all cabins so that could turn some off, but it was so nice that I absolutely didn't mind. The area is really pretty, filled with trees and flowers, and sweet outside cats. Right across the street from the lake. The road noise might be busy during prime season but overall, this stay was quiet and relaxing, more than a simple overnight campsite, which was just what I was looking for.

Had a great time here! The area was spacious, camp fire and tire swing along with grill area in great locations. Host was super nice as well as her pup who my dog got along with and that's saying something because she likes her personal space. Her dog was a great watch dog of the area, showing my dog around the area and he spent time around my camp area which was nice. Great scenery and I would definitely stay here the next time I want to visit East Tx and go camping 😀

My kids and I had a wonderful experience at music springs! We will definitely be making a trip back. The caping site was very cozy. The bathrooms were very clean! You don’t see that often in camping sites. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great place for friends and family. I brought my friends out there for a 2 day campout and it was a very great experience. I have 2 small children and they had a blast playing with the toys from the game shed and on the playground. Overall a great experience and 10/10 would definitely recommend!

We had a great time. The site was nice with a big stone for ring and a soft bed if pine needles. The host, Linda, was very accommodating and responded quickly to communications and made the trip stress free.
We loved Porter the goat, Andy the big lovable dog and Molly the little friendly dog. Andy and Porter slept outside of our tent and it was adorable.
The location of pretty with some room to explore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tent camping experience on Site #1 on Cody and Ingrid's land. The site itself was incredibly spacious and felt private. We especially loved the nearby pond, which was the perfect starting point for a beautiful trail that loops right back to the campsite. The clean and stylishly decorated bathroom was an excellent bonus! Thank you for a truly memorable and refreshing stay.

This spot is such a gem. We loved meeting the goats and chickens and seeing how lovingly curated they have made this space. Jeffrey was so kind and a wealth of knowledge about farming and gardening. Our dog had a ball playing frisbee with enough space to really run, and the RV was so spacious! Beautiful night of bon firing under the stars. We will definitely be back <3

The stay at Randy and Cheryl‘s hummingbird retreat was fabulous. Had a great reunion with some old friends. Randy and Sheryl were fabulous house. They showed us around the place and told us about all the amenities of which there are many the hot tub the trails the movies, well stocked Cabin exercise room library the animals it was just a really great place to gather we all had a a great time and we’re able to relax and enjoy. Great place to camp with Lynda and Reston being great hosts! We got in very late due to an unseen emergency and Reston still escorted us to our camp site. The grounds were great with so much room to explore. The Haunt was awesome and being able to order breakfast the last day was so much easier for pack up.

Jill and Anthony have a great place. Super clean campground. We loved that it's so dog friendly. The outdoor shower and close bathroom were super appreciated. The Nest felt very secluded and was exactly what we were looking for. The picnic table was used and enjoyed as well as the fire pit box.
