Quiet natural location away from the busy city. Located on a private access uneven dirt road so a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle is recommended. There is a firepit but please burn inside the cinder blocks area and keep it under control (not too big). Do not burn when it is windy. There is plenty of firewood to use for the fire pit. Please make sure to completely put fire out when done. There are 6 acres and you are welcome to camp anywhere you like, in the open areas or in the woody areas in the back. We have a RV barn area that can be used for shade, sitting, eating, relaxing, etc. You can use the tables and chairs. There is also a white water container on the table that you can use for washing. There is a 32 gallon trash bucket that you can put trash in but make sure lid is closed when you're done to keep animals out. This site does have limited solar electric power in RV area. To turn on, flip the switch on the surge strip on the wall behind the microwave. There is no running water so please plan accordingly. There is currently not a toilet available but I'm planning on building a composting toilet soon. For now, use the natural way and make sure to bury. For security, there is one camera on the property located near the front entrance and it is mainly for monitoring the front entrance area. There is also another camera near the north side of RV barn for security of storage room and RV. This site can also be used for long term parking/storing your RV or vehicle but we are not liable for anything that happens. If interested, please contact me or use the app called "Neighbor". The RV barn currently already has a RV inside it so that parking space can't be used. Our long-term plan is to also make the RV available but we would need to install an in ground septic system and electricity first.

The property borders a small creek and has abundant trees, and wildlife. Beautiful views from every vantage with a high field on one half of the property and a low bottom land near the creek where there are many options for a relaxing, private stay. Chose big sky or a more secluded spot. Incredible wildflowers on display in the spring. The property is not bordered by close neighbors or dense housing, just more land so sunsets and rises are wonderful and open. Low ambient light pollution at night means the stars are very bright (and so are the fireflies)! Guests are required to communicate estimated time of arrival well in advance. When arriving, make sure to meet Aaron or a designate at the red gate before entering further into the property. If tent camping, please do not bring glass containers, also you must pack out all garbage and waste. Inquire ahead of time to see if firewood is available to be gathered on site, or if you will need to bring your own. Our property is meant to be calming, fun and relaxing. Camping with class is what we like to say. We are constantly upgrading our areas and property to be safe and entertaining. Our pond is charming and the focal point of the camping adventure. We have a paddle boat and an electric john boat to toodle around in. Want to go fishing? The pond is stocked with bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill and perch. There is also a small island we call “Angel Island” that you can fish from or just sit on the deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the view. There is a riding/walking trail that is approximately 0.7 miles in distance and basically encompasses the perimeter of the back area. Walking is common, bikes are welcome and small 4 wheelers are also welcome. No side by sides please. You won’t be over crowded here as we currently only have 7 total camping sites. However, we do have enough property to accommodate large parties, reunions or any other type of get-togethers. Come see us and enjoy time away from the fast paced city! You might hear the sounds of the coyotes yipping in the night or perhaps one of the great horned owls calling out from a big oak tree. You may also see some deer, rabbits, squirrels and even armadillos. We are rustic but classy. Time to get away and relax!
