No running water, no paved roads, no electricity.... but you get total privacy! Get away from it all and pitch your tent, hang a hammock or boondock your camper van in total seclusion. Approximately 20 acres on a creek to explore with lots of curious wildlife including turkey, deer, and armadillos. Walking trails abound with 2 reservable campsites with firepits, and an unbeatable sunset view overlooking a quiet creek.  Contactless check in, unique gate code provided prior to arrival. Centrally located shared outhouse, just a 1-2 minute walk from any campsite.

Easily find your campsite with prominent signage.

Plenty of room to hang hammocks, or place a few tents under the oak canopy. Fire pit, grill, and a few stump seats make for a cozy fireside meal.

Watch the sun set over the creek with your best bud.

Spend some time away from city life and even star gaze with your family at night. 10 acres of open space and full hook-ups available for your RV. 50amp electricity and on-site sewer and water hookup. Pull through site under a covered lean-to. 60 ft long x 25 ft wide. Pets are allowed. Please make sure you pick up after them.

Magnolia Beach RV Park

Welcome to Magnolia Beach RV Park in Port Lavaca, Texas!

We are a small RV park that offers electric, water, sewer, trash, and WiFi. All sites are 50, 30, and 20 Amp and have water and sewer hookups. Pets are welcome!

We are close to Magnolia Beach, Port Lavaca business district, and Indianola. 

When you feel the gulf breezes, you know you've made it to Goose Island. Nestled near St. Charles and Aransas Bays, this Texas state park is all about the water. We're talking boating, kayaking, fishing, and birdwatching along the coast. The only thing you can't do is swim. (Sorry.)

That said, there's plenty of luck to be had on the 1,620-foot fishing pier. A boat launch and kayak/canoe launch are also available. Remember to bring your own boat! No stay is complete without visiting the main attraction—a 1,000-year-old oak lovingly dubbed The Big Tree. (Don't worry, it's still standing strong in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.)

We primarily cater to month to month guests working in the area so there's not a ton of activities around, but my wife and I are full-time RV'ers so we are hosts as a way to give back to our awesome community. We are located super close to Magnolia Beach though where there is free beach camping for 14 nights!

Pets are allowed. Please make sure you pick up after them.

We offer discounted rates to HipCampers at $25/night (usually $30) and $150/week (usually $175). 

We also now have golf carts available for rent!!

A Pirates' Paradise

A Pirates' Paradise is a RV lot in the small, cozy downtown of Fulton, which is along the Texas Tropical Trail and a significant stop along the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail.

You are only three blocks to the bay, harbor, fishing pier, bars and restaurants. You have exclusive use of a 50- by 125-ft lot with water, sewer and electric included in the rate. The driveway and RV pad are grass over a hard-packed, crushed limestone base. Nearby attractions include the Fulton Fishing Pier (0.5-mile), Fulton Mansion (0.5-mile), Rockport Beach and Harbor (3-miles), Rockport Center for the Arts (3.5-miles), Port Aransas (23-miles), Aransas National Wildlife Refuge (45-miles) and quite a few bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Your site provides you exclusive use of the whole 50-ft wide by 125-ft deep lot.
