Situated on the side of my house, the 80-foot long spot provides ample space for your RV adventures. The entire lot is securely fenced in, granting guests exclusive access to amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and yard. Enjoy privacy with no neighbors in the back and an 8-foot tall side fence where your RV will be parked. While my own RV won't be onsite during your stay, parking towards the back allows for privacy and the extension of awnings. Backing in is recommended, and though my 33-foot long RV fits comfortably, larger rigs may find maneuvering a bit challenging due to the angle from the street through the front gate. There's plenty of room to tandem park a towed vehicle in front of your RV, and both 50amp and 30amp electric hookups are conveniently located on the back side of my house. Water is also accessible from the rear. While live sewer hookup isn't available, I offer convenient dumping options when the black tank is full. Nestled in a charming, gentrifying neighborhood, expect the pleasant hum of city sounds (not overly loud) and glimpses of starlit skies. During your stay, I'll be residing in the house with my sociable dog, Toby. We'll be respectful of your privacy but available for any assistance you may need. This is a small 6 acre Homestead in Kingsbury TX. Renovating and giving new life to vintage RVS is a passion of mine. We recently came across the RV used in the film Into the Wild. The RV was the home to Rubber Tramps Jan and Rainey who met up with Alexander Supertramp played by Emile Hirsch. When we took the RV into our possession it was in terrible disrepair. The mural was faded from years of sun and the interior had been destroyed by years of decay. At the time of the film release this RV was 23 years old. Today it is 38 years old. We ask that you respect its vintage age when staying in the RV. If you are looking for fancy this isn't it.
