Lake Livingston is a large 23+ mile lake. We bought the property in 2014 and did upgrades on weekends, love the views, fishing, campfires, and meeting people so we opened the first cabin in April of 2018, now have 5 cabins and 9 rv sites and welcome you to enjoy the lake as much as we do. Every season of the year is a little different and all are wonderful! We are in nature, and across street from wetlands, yet only 2 miles from city grocery store and restaurants! There are 3 piers, fishing, picnicking, beautiful sunsets, nature watching, small watercraft rentals, guide paid pontoon tours, swimming, bonfires, bbq’s with firewood available on site for purchase if desired. Use for short term rental retreats, or long term.

Eden Ranch is first and foremost a Christian owned, family friendly naturist/nudist property and clothing is optional everywhere on the property...swimsuits / shame suits are prohibited in the hot tub. Located on 21 private and secluded acres, we have room for both tent campers and RVers with a full bathhouse that includes a hot tub, outdoor shower, sink area and toilet facilities. There are horses, cows, potbelly pigs, rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats if your family loves animals. There is also an above ground pool for when the weather is warmer. Pitch a tent, sit by the campfire, take a hike in the woods, relax in the hammock, read a book, soak in the hot tub or do nothing at all...the choice is up to you. Nearby are antique shops, fishing on Lake Livingston or the Trinity River, hike or bike ride the Sam Houston National Forest trails or play pool or go bowling in town. Naskila Casino is only 8 miles to the east of us on the Alabama Coushata Indian Tribe Reservation. If you're looking for nothing to do but relax or if you're looking for lots of fun and activity we've got easy access to both. What makes Eden Ranch unique is that all of our activities here on the ranch are clothing optional / naturist friendly. In fact, the hot tub and pool are nude only...no swimsuits allowed. Weekend Trip to Lagoon Ranch Luxury RV and Cabin

It’s a very nice new place with a great pool and lake views. It’s a very big park and we were there in a Class C on a slow weekend. It had a very nice kids playground and a venue for a live band or performance that was near the pool. We had an afternoon snack at the Restaurant that was good. It’s very much a bar type food restaurant. The water and ice tea had an odd taste like the water softener put too much salt in it. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. There was a pool swim up bar that was staffed from the inside restaurant bar, but it was a light weekend as the park and pool were not very busy. The RV sites were long and plenty wide. I was in a section with only 3 RV’s near by and the pedestal voltage was only 111 volts on the 30a circuit. While sufficient for my stay could be a problem if they were very full in the heat of summer. The Dumpster was in the far corner of the park which is large. They could probably use a bit more lighting through out. I had to use a flash light to get to the dumpster at night. We will definitely be back. Next time in our Class A to test out the 50a service. It might be interesting to see if the pool or restaurant can handle the capacity if the park was full. There are a lot of sites

There were a few minor hiccups due to the age (2 mos.) of the establishment. The amenities were clean and organized. Unfortunately, the arcade was not up and running yet, but I'm sure will be nice as well. The pool and swim up bar were a great way to beat the heat and the on-site restaurant was really good!

What an awesome place to stay! The staff were super friendly and the pool was so nice, the grandkids loved it. All amenities were very clean and we will definitely go back!
