People who live here, don't usually leave or move because they love it so much. It's a niche neighborhood full of friendly folks. This area also welcomes golf carts or ATV's to get around. This RV space is outside of city limits and we don't have city regulations which makes for a very relaxing environment. The RV space is big enough to park up a 30-50 feet camper comfortably. Must be a long term tenant (6+months) to enjoy lake access. The peaceful neighborhood and lake fun make this space a one of a kind. The home on the property is completely secluded and fenced off (photos don't reflect new fencing installed).
