In November, we had over 10 inches of rain. It was a blessing for our grass and cover crops, however, the spill way at our campground was severely damaged. Therefore, the pictures of our beautiful pond do not portray the actual visual of what you will see. We are in the process of working with engineers to repair the spillway. You will still enjoy the beautiful sunsets, serene environment and we have three other ponds suitable for fishing.
We offer two full camper hookups and several tent camping options. We have a permanent toilet and sink on-site. We are a full time working farm. We have beef cattle, sheep, horses, goats and chickens. For an additional cost, we offer farm tours and we are willing to cook for our guests. There are several wineries and breweries nearby. In November, we had over 10 inches of rain. It was a blessing for our grass and cover crops, however, the spill way at our campground was severely damaged. Therefore, the pictures of our beautiful pond do not portray the actual visual of what you will see. We are in the process of working with engineers to repair the spillway. You will still enjoy the beautiful sunsets, serene environment and we have three other ponds suitable for fishing.
We offer two full camper hookups and several tent camping options. We have a permanent toilet and sink on-site. We are a full time working farm. We have beef cattle, sheep, horses, goats and chickens. For an additional cost, we offer farm tours and we are willing to cook for our guests. There are several wineries and breweries nearby. This is the perfect spot if you need to escape the chaos of life and enjoy some peace and quiet.

I loved fishing on Susan’s land. Beautiful day in late December, caught lots of fish. Spend the day kayaking around looking for the ultimate big bass. Finally, caught the big one right before I packed up. My two dogs had the best time running and swimming for hours. I was able to meet Susan and her husband, super nice people. I would highly recommend this place.

The Winery and Restaurant offer a fantastic view.
We didn't do the winery tasting but plan to do that next time.

Sherwood was a very accommodating and communicative host. The grounds were very clean and just as described. The water park was inactive due to the off season, and staying here made us want to come back when the park is fully operational.
Great location only about 16 min to the Stockyards. Would definitely stay again!

We loved it! Walt and Mrs. Walt at the tasting room were very nice hosts. Beautiful ranch, awesome wine and pizza, great spot to set up the rv. Peace & Quiet.
Cell service is in and out…but that’s just fine. It’s not a high end RV Park with all the bells and whistles but it IS a high end place to visit. Highly recommend a stay with the good people at 4R.
